1 /5 Melanie Molina: I called in to make a new patient appointment and after waiting several hours and calling back for updates for insurance verification and being placed on hold for over 6 minutes each time, I finally gave up. My grandmother is a current patient here and I will be looking for a different primary care. I finally spoke to someone and she did not even bother to check verification after so much time wasted. Horrible office and I work in healthcare so I understand how PCP offices work, so it says a lot that I have run out of patience with this horrible staff.
