5 /5 Ashley Rodriguez: The whole entire team at Comfort Smiles were fabulous!!! I had a wonderful experience from check in to booking my next appointment. The tech who did my x-rays, the dental hygienist who helped me come up with a treatment plan, and to the doctor who went over with me what we can do to give me my bite back, thank you! Also, they were incredibly patient since my 3 year old was with me. Also, shout out to my girl for keeping my little one entertained while I sat in the chair. I will always recommend you all!

5 /5 E. C. Meredith: On 1/23/25, I had my first appointment with Comfort Smiles Dental. My experience was very positive. Front desk staff was friendly. The X-ray tech, Sophia was very personable, knowledgeable and explained the process. The hygienist also was personable and thorough in her assessment of my dental heath. Dr Allvarez, although a short visit, was attentive and very communicative. All in all I was made to feel bet welcome by all of the staff I met. If you’re considering dental care, I feel Comfort Smiles is a great choice.

I am so glad I read google reviews and found Comfort Smiles in Fort Pierce. I was surprised I could be seen without waiting months for an appointment. I was impressed from the moment of my first contact to completing an exam and cleaning today. This was the most welcoming and professional practice I’ve been to in the area. Determined that I did not have enough time for them to take care of it as I was leaving for the summer in 6 days. She gave me instructions on how to care for it until I can have it permanently repaired. Today, the office sent my x-rays to a dentist in Iowa and my appointment is in 1 week. Excellent care and service from everyone at Smooth Sailing Dental!!

I had tried a different dentist about a month prior and i didn’t feel seen or heard so I decided to try Midway Dental Center. Danielle at the front desk was so nice and Dr Giraldo was very informative and communicative! Tara was my hygienist and I couldn’t have asked for someone better!!! Erica Slaten: I was a patient with Ricard Dentistry for over 10 years, up until recently. Throughout the years, there has been a steady decline in quality of service. Last year, I needed a deep cavity filled which led to a crown. During the crown procedure, there were technical difficulties while using a new scanner that creates the imprints for the permanent crown. I was called to come in so they could re-scan it but then was told it “wasn’t necessary”, which was a red flag. After getting the permanent crown, there was sensitivity and pain. I started seeing a new dentist in Vero and it was brought to my attention via X-ray that the crown was placed incorrectly and exposed a portion of my tooth, leading to the need for another crown procedure. I reached out to Ricard about the issue and was told that the office manager was “in a meeting” each time I called. I also emailed explaining the issue with the attached new X-rays and voiced that I needed them to fix the problem they caused and received no response. It has now been over TWO MONTHS since I have reached out and I still haven’t heard anything from them. No calls back, no email response, nothing. Due to their negligence and lack of communication, I do not recommend coming to this practice, especially if you need any serious dental work done. They have been completely unprofessional and I feel ignored. This isn’t how you should treat any patient. If you are looking for a mediocre cleaning or an office that ignores your pain and doesn’t fix their mistakes, then maybe head to Ricard Dentistry.
