Sophia was exceptionally attentive and helpful, ensuring that we felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we arrived. Their warm and friendly demeanor truly made a positive impression on us. Dr. Alvarez is fantastic! His approachable and down-to-earth attitude made the whole experience very pleasant and reassuring. We genuinely appreciated the care and attention we received, and it made our visit very memorable. Thank you for providing such excellent service. We are look forward to our future visits.

5 /5 Ashley Rodriguez: The whole entire team at Comfort Smiles were fabulous!!! I had a wonderful experience from check in to booking my next appointment. The tech who did my x-rays, the dental hygienist who helped me come up with a treatment plan, and to the doctor who went over with me what we can do to give me my bite back, thank you! Also, they were incredibly patient since my 3 year old was with me. Also, shout out to my girl for keeping my little one entertained while I sat in the chair. I will always recommend you all!

5 /5 E. C. Meredith: On 1/23/25, I had my first appointment with Comfort Smiles Dental. My experience was very positive. Front desk staff was friendly. The X-ray tech, Sophia was very personable, knowledgeable and explained the process. The hygienist also was personable and thorough in her assessment of my dental heath. Dr Allvarez, although a short visit, was attentive and very communicative. All in all I was made to feel bet welcome by all of the staff I met. If you’re considering dental care, I feel Comfort Smiles is a great choice.

5 /5 Robin M: I was in need of a new Dentist since I was without Dental Insurance for 2024. I didn’t want to go to the typical Corporate Dental business, but a local practice. I am so glad I read google reviews and found Comfort Smiles in Fort Pierce. I was surprised I could be seen without waiting months for an appointment. I was impressed from the moment of my first contact to completing an exam and cleaning today. This was the most welcoming and professional practice I’ve been to in the area. The staff and Dr Alvarez were amazing and made you feel very comfortable. I look forward to a continued relationship with his practice. Robin

Theyre prompt at getting me in if I have a concern. Theyre always pleasant and professional. Dr. Kash has always been kind, considerate, friendly and professional. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.
Smooth Sailing Dental - Dr. Roger Long - Fort Pierce Gene L Frank: Dental hygienist found the beginning of a cavity under a crown while cleaning my teeth. She had the doctor look at the x-rays that she took. Determined that I did not have enough time for them to take care of it as I was leaving for the summer in 6 days. She gave me instructions on how to care for it until I can have it permanently repaired. Today, the office sent my x-rays to a dentist in Iowa and my appointment is in 1 week. Excellent care and service from everyone at Smooth Sailing Dental!!
Midway Dental Center - Fort Pierce Chloey Calais: This place is awesome!! I haven’t been to the dentist in about 5 years because of insurance and I finally got it so I made an appointment and it was the best experience ever. I had tried a different dentist about a month prior and i didn’t feel seen or heard so I decided to try Midway Dental Center. Danielle at the front desk was so nice and Dr Giraldo was very informative and communicative! Tara was my hygienist and I couldn’t have asked for someone better!!! She listened, communicated, and made this the best experience I could have asked for as she made feel so comfortable! 5 stars!! thank u guys so much
Shapiro Family Dentistry - Fort Pierce Mary Rathell - Hanna: I had to switch my children’s dentist due to their insurance. It took me a bit to find one I felt would be a good fit for my children. They had their first visit this week and I was impressed. My son is special needs and he did so well with the person that was working with him. I forgot to get his name. He was so patient with my son.

The dental assistant was very nice patient and explained everything perfectly. The dentist I seen she was amazing explained everything took very good care of me I would highly recommend this dentist office. I have very bad anxiety and they were amazing with me never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. Looking forward to getting my teeth fixed.

Today my dental hygienist “Ili” exceeded all of my prior experiences, which were good. She was very educational and provided me with numerous tips on how to improve my at home oral care. She was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. I hope when I return for my next cleaning I’m lucky enough to get her again.
Lawnwood Dental Care - Fort Pierce Suzan Sanford: Dr Dean and her staff do a great job..... they are very calming in an otherwise stressful situation. My husband and I have been going there for many years. We have been very satisfied with their services and prices. She takes the time needed to do the job right. Florida Institute of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery: Dr. Takashi Koyama, DMD PhD FACS - Fort Pierce Amanda Baka: Suite 100 - first floor, turn right when you enter! The front office staff was nice and kind, the assistant was very sweet and the doctor was too good! He took out my stitches and went over my CT scan from in the hospital - most caring office!! I would definitely recommend!!
