The staff is very friendly and provides excellent care. Jackie, the hygienist, is very thorough, and spent an extended period of time on my cleaning and other treatments. Sea Haven worked with my dental insurance to my best advantage. I highly recommend them!

Richard Iglesias Good location but terrible when its comes to getting them to send medication to the pharmacy. My wife Needs her med and the the CVS pharmacy is requesting for the doctor to send them the request permission so she can get them. And we just saw him two weeks ago. They should have sent them then. There is no need for me to be coming here and sitting at the waiting room for hours. When all they have to do is their jobs. Seriously considering going somewhere else.

When I called to confirm, they said I had no existing appointment and tried to schedule me for May. Absolutely not. You’re better off going somewhere else.

The X-ray tech, Sophia was very personable, knowledgeable and explained the process. The hygienist also was personable and thorough in her assessment of my dental heath. Bonnie Brown Dr. Karpinski and his staff were absolutely amazing!! My local Dentist in Okeechobee referred me to him to have the root of a tooth removed. This tooth was located in the roof of my mouth and after the extraction, an implant was to be placed. Knowing that this could be a very sensitive area and with the degree of discomfort I would possibly experience, I decided to have IV sedation. Dr Karpinski administered the medicine and the next thing I knew, was the procedure was completed. No pain!! My experience was Awesome because of this caring, compassionate and highly skilled Dentist. His staff was were also caring, friendly and professional. The attitude of a business always starts at the top! I highly recommend this practice filled with amazing, skilled and compassionate staff!!

Jim A Great experience from my initial consult to my final appointment. Dr.Squier always took time to focus on me and explain exactly what we were doing or why she was suggesting this or that. I never felt like she needed to get on to the next patient. Her office staff are top notch. You can tell the culture she has created is patient focused from front desk to dental assistants to Dr. Squier herself. Her skill was evident throughout this process as well. Every temporary fit perfect never had to take time to go back and have anything adjusted. All of her skill, patient focus and caring about the quality of the product she delivers gave me the best smile of my life. 5 stars are not enough!!! Lina Addor I have been dealing with dentists most of my life and Dr. Squires is by far the best in so many ways. She is kind, explains every step and listens to every word I say. She personally makes sure to see you each visit and that you leave smiling. I got both upper and lower dentures done and the entire time the staff was so accommodating, understanding and helpful. Every single person in that office is just so wonderful that they took my fear of dentists away. The entire process I was told "you just wait" and they were right. The dentures fit like a glove I dont have to use any glue. If I get a sore or need a time changed they are always willing to see me and accommodate me, which is so helpful when you have little ones. I highly recommend Treasure Coast Dental as I actually look fort to my visits there and the work is too notch.

Pat Pavlich I wondered if I could possibly do Dr. Squier justice in writing this review. She is that good, and there already, the word good is not adequate. I dont expect perfection in anyone but I can easily use that word with her: she is PERFECT. Kind, caring, highly skilled and we are so lucky to have her in our area. And the same can be said about her staff too. Wonderful.

Evelynn Carmona I’m not sure how to feel about this dentist. I received a notice about Fraud. Which in 2019 I was to have top and. Bottom dentures done. I went in several times for molding. After months of having to wait I put pressure on them.After doing so the office staff got me in right before Christmas to give me a denture ONLY for top. The denture was horrible as if it was made overnight with very cheap material and a crooked tooth. Worse than my teeth were. I complained and was told they would call again when they were corrected and completed. Both top and bottom. 3 months past and nothing. Then that illness in 2020 we all suffered from happened that shut the world down. After over 1 year and once offices started to reopen I called and was told those doctors were no longer there, they were no longer accepting my insurance and they couldn’t help me regarding dentures. After such a long wait and then to hear this I left it alone and remained without dentures. Life moves on. Now I understand why I didn’t get my dentures and the sudden change at the office. I normally don’t do reviews as often as I probably should. The good and the bad because Fraud is serious and when you charge insurance companies and not deliver that’s a bad karma. Therefore people should know what’s going on at some of these places. Again the good and bad and make their decision from there. I am not sure if there are new staff or management but the name remains the same. Happy Smiles I would just be mindful of their privacy and protection as well as their intentions and strategies and last their charges based on service provided for any office you visit for any type of service you or your health insurance pays. This could happen anywhere. But for my story this doesn’t look good. No dentures 5 years later and then out of no where a letter referencing fraud. I reached to the investigator and a week later 1 officer and 1 investigator scheduled a meeting with me. Ends up they were being investigated for insurance fraud and several would be arrested. This is facts from my experience. Happy Smiles appears it will not be back in business. They might be going to the Big House. Crazy thing I had Medicaid and was told they only pay for dentures once and unfortunately I no longer have Medicaid and will not be getting those dentures that were paid but not paid due to the circumstances because of these corrupt doctors. Be careful with any office but most importantly be mindful to report inconsistencies to insurance companies when they are not performing correctly or on time with your dental work! Don’t be Scammed !!!!

Kevin padilla Terrible dentist they burnt my gum with their terrible laser skills and placed a transparent crown over a dead tooth so Ive been walking around for years with a 1,000$ black tooth because you can see right thru the crown, they also told me it would lighten up over time so they are bad dentist but great liars.

Shay NaBre I had my very first visit 08/02. The staff was very welcoming. I had X-rays plus my cleaning. The Dr.Sonia went over everything she recommended that needed to be done. Sam explained to me the cost of everything. The hygienist that did my cleaning was very gentle and thorough she also explained what she was doing in detail. I didn’t feel judged because it had been awhile since I had dental work. They were very nice. My experience was awesome.

Erica Slaten I was a patient with Ricard Dentistry for over 10 years, up until recently. Throughout the years, there has been a steady decline in quality of service. Last year, I needed a deep cavity filled which led to a crown. During the crown procedure, there were technical difficulties while using a new scanner that creates the imprints for the permanent crown. I was called to come in so they could re-scan it but then was told it “wasn’t necessary”, which was a red flag. After getting the permanent crown, there was sensitivity and pain. I started seeing a new dentist in Vero and it was brought to my attention via X-ray that the crown was placed incorrectly and exposed a portion of my tooth, leading to the need for another crown procedure. I reached out to Ricard about the issue and was told that the office manager was “in a meeting” each time I called. I also emailed explaining the issue with the attached new X-rays and voiced that I needed them to fix the problem they caused and received no response. It has now been over TWO MONTHS since I have reached out and I still haven’t heard anything from them. No calls back, no email response, nothing. Due to their negligence and lack of communication, I do not recommend coming to this practice, especially if you need any serious dental work done. They have been completely unprofessional and I feel ignored. This isn’t how you should treat any patient. If you are looking for a mediocre cleaning or an office that ignores your pain and doesn’t fix their mistakes, then maybe head to Ricard Dentistry.

Joe LoVerso I’ve been going to Ricard for some years now and have been satisfied with the service. Today my dental hygienist “Ili” exceeded all of my prior experiences, which were good. She was very educational and provided me with numerous tips on how to improve my at home oral care. She was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about her patients. I hope when I return for my next cleaning I’m lucky enough to get her again.

This wonderful dentist took out all of my husbands bottom teeth. My husband felt very little pain during the procedure and it has only been a day since the procedure happened and he is in no pain at all his gums look wonderful. american stripes Unprofessional is an understatement! Made an emergency appointment for a tooth that had been causing severe pain. Showed up for the appointment and the dental assistant was sleeping at the front desk. Completely passed out! I tried waking him and he didn’t get up. Out cold snoring. When I tried calling to get an appointment no one answered the phone after several attempts I went to the office. The receptionist told me I was a no call no show but said she couldn’t get me in for another 12 days!! Too bad for them I have pictures to prove I was there

Ultimately I didn’t come here because in the end we realized that I had a different insurance than I originally thought and that this office doesn’t take it. But while interacting with their office, I spoke with Chelsea who was so kind and professional. She got me all the info I needed in a timely manner and to be honest, they’re so professional and kind that I’m considering changing my insurance to one that they accept.
