1 /5 tracey garland: Dr Joy was the absolute worst. She rushed through my appt. She didnt even ask me any questions and I went in to see her for chest pain. She gave me zero answers zero tests and zero plans. I left feeling like I had wasted my time and money. It was very depressing. She is a gaslighter and does not care at all about her patients. Seek another profession, Joy. If I could give zero stars I would.

1 /5 magdoli miller: A complete nightmare for those possible new patients looking to see a specialist. My primary care Dr sent me to see a Neuromuscular specialist, and my insurance said, they are the one on my network. Their rules " IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR PATIENT WITH OUR PRYMARY CARE DRS. WE CAN NOT SEE YOU". Do not insist, they are not going to see you. Customer service, was average, I waited over 30 minutes for a human being to take my call. What is worst, my insurance is very expensive, I paid it every month, it is automatically taken from my paychecks so I dont know what is worst, the insurance, this places rules or my condition. The only one left suffering is the patient because no even with money you can have a good service in here. We are becoming 3r world country . I live 1 1/2 hour away to this place, my primary care Dr., I rather have it close to me. This situation is messed up.

1 /5 Kristine Clark: Miserable experience every single time!! Staff does not answer phones, and are very rude in person!! I am dealing with a breast mass. My doctor didn’t even give me the results. I had to go get the results from the imaging place and read that I have a mass. Now, I have a biopsy scheduled and they can’t get this office to send a signed prescription! Despite faxing and multiple calls!! DO NOT trust your healthcare to this incompetent uncaring office!!

1 /5 Katelyn Le: 0 star I could give to this community health center if they have 0 star option Since they change service to Evara Health . It very hard to contacts to agent by phone. Been try to call for 2 days. Each time I have to wait on phone more then an hour. No one response. Finally I got luck on my second day for last call after wait for another an hour, someone picked the phone up. I just need a copy of the referral from doctor for my kid. She just said please call back and hung up the phone. What the rude service. Even my child specialist doctor office contacted them by phone and by fax need approval from them. No response in the last 2 days. Im at work. Can’t call by phone. Have to be in office personally for the requested that we need for our Kid. What a horrible Evara Health

1 /5 Denise Fougere: Horrible! If I could give negative stars, I would. Inattentive, lack of urgency, rude and horribly disorganized. You have to wait over an hour to talk to someone on the phone and I’m in the waiting room for 40 minutes and they haven’t checked me in yet and made me miss my appointment and they’re so slow dealing with people at the front desk. They also take weeks for referrals and are notoriously known at other doctors for not getting insurance authorized. Now they just called over another lady in front of me who got here after me after I got upset they’re ignoring me. If you care about your health and sanity, stay away! We will be finding a new dr after this. Worse drs office ever. A new name change and branding campaign doesn’t hide the fact that the service is horrible.

BayCare Medical Group Primary Care - St. Petersburg Deborah Vanlandingham: I am a new patient at Baycare Family Care on 38th ave St Pete. I just saw Dr David Nguyen. The staff was kind, the office was clean, the wait time was less then 5 min to be seen DR Nguyen is very kind and thorough. I never felt rush he listened and address all my concerns. I highly recommend this office

St. Petersburg Clinic - St. Petersburg Zach Stahl: I have been going to this clinic for years. I like it and the staff is friendly. But the number you have listed for the clinic on google doesnt work. I can never get ahold of a real person to schedule an appointment, no matter what number I press with the automated service. Someone please, fix the number listed on google so that I can call and make an appointment.

Emergency Physicians of St. Petersburg, PA - St. Petersburg Michele Carlson: Worst experience ever. They sent my bills to a non existing mailing address then when it was returned sent my bill to collections. Now telling me I have to contact a post office to fix my incorrect address that I do not know what it is still. Also the customer service rep hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager. Horrible service. Telling me I am under collections until the VA pays the claim then they can clear my account and remove from collections. REALLY???? They used incorrect information and I am the one that is at fault. Maybe I should sue!!!! Could not post until I placed a star for them what a scam. BEWARE VETERANS they do not like us!!!!!

Pinellas Primary Care - St. Petersburg Todd Freund: I recently was diagnosed with pneumonia. This care facility did not give me the correct medication and I ended up in the Hospital. If that is not bad enough! they then sent me to collection without attempting to call me after mailing my bills to the wrong address!! I paid the collection company but was confused as to why my insurance company paid over 27000. in hospital bill but did not pay Pinellas Primary Care? I called the office and spoke to Michelle the office manager. She did not want to hear anything that I had to say and was very rude. I spend over 80000. per year for myself and all of my employees health insurance and she talked to me like I am some kind of dead beat. I just cant understand why people like that can keep there jobs or even stay in business. Todd

Orlando Health Emergency Room - Pinellas Park - Pinellas Park Robin Carter: Overall experience was excellent couldn’t ask for better service! Taken care of in a timely manner very thorough Dr and nurse both receptor to listening to the patient. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have children because we know children don’t like to wait for anything, especially when they don’t feel well. Neither do adults!!! I appreciated their kindness and the Sincerity in which they cared for me!!!

Israel Wojnowich, MD - St. Petersburg Alicia: Dr W. is such an amazing physician he listens to your needs he converses with you about plan of care to make sure you are comfortable. I have been going to him for two years and I will continue My health treatments under his care. I feel he really cares about me as a person and not just a patient. I wish we had more doctors like him.

Bayfront Family Health Center: Leiding Daniel D MD - St. Petersburg Alli G: I am not one to leave reviews or even bad ones at that, but I am so tired of piss poor healthcare. I had an ultrasound schedule in October through Hurricane Milton, I called to see if they were still open the day before the storm but no one answered and I found out when I drove down they had closed. No biggie, I get it, it’s the day before a hurricane but you could have called. I call to reschedule my ultrasound the day after the storm, they cannot get me in for 1 month . I reschedule, take off work, my fiancé takes off work, we arrive for our 8:30 appointment at 8:15 to find out an employee named Jessica had canceled my appointment. No one can tell me why, no comments in the note box as to why the appointment was canceled. It’s now 9:00 they had the ultrasound technician come out to talk to me. As the receptionist tells me someone called you and left a voicemail to reschedule. I said I spoke with someone and they asked if I could come in at a different day, I said I am schedule to scrub into surgery at work all week I can’t reschedule, I requested this time off. She replied “ no worries, we will move someone else” have a nice day. The ultrasound technician offers me to wait around for the day to see if someone cancels and she can work me in as I am scheduled to be at work at 10:30. As I was sitting there 3 other women had already approached the window annoyed asking if they are running behind.The ultrasound tech was put to talk to me when she should be doing other women’s ultrasound. I found that to be silly, she seemed way overworked. Then she offered to schedule my appointment again. I am already 36 weeks, it had taken me 2 months to get the appointment after showing up twice and appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I am so disappointed and upset. No one was apologetic or remorseful as if my time TWICE DID NOT MATTER. By the time they could schedule me for a third time, I would be pay my due date. So much for checking my baby’s heart to make sure it’s okay. I work in healthcare. I am a X-ray tech, nurse and a office manager. This practice is run so piss poor they should be ashamed. Needless to say I walked out declining a 3rd appointment. What is the point so they can waste my time again..

Actually feels like he cares about your well-being, unlike many other doctors these days. Very lucky to have found him. Prices are extremely affordable, too!
