He asks all the (right) questions, listens to your concerns, talks through the issue, comes up with a course of action, and then genuinely wants you to follow-up with how your child is responding to treatment. He cares. He takes the time. The office staff is always welcoming, smiling, super helpful for paperwork, and above all accommodating to your schedule. My kids love Dr. Rich and are excited for visits. You could not ask for more. Thankful for Dr. Rich & Team

4 /5 Mimi: This is my third visit within 3 weeks. My second visit was horrible, I blamed the from office girl that was rude on the phone and in person, her name is Mikayla. This last visit I met Lily who is a medical assistant and she was nice, completed multiple tasks that normally is done by different people, and has a bright energy. Due to the number of Hispanic people going to this location, the front office person should be bilingual, I have seen people struggling to communicate with the front person.
