1 /5 Todd Freund: I recently was diagnosed with pneumonia. This care facility did not give me the correct medication and I ended up in the Hospital. If that is not bad enough! they then sent me to collection without attempting to call me after mailing my bills to the wrong address!! I paid the collection company but was confused as to why my insurance company paid over 27000. in hospital bill but did not pay Pinellas Primary Care? I called the office and spoke to Michelle the office manager. She did not want to hear anything that I had to say and was very rude. I spend over 80000. per year for myself and all of my employees health insurance and she talked to me like I am some kind of dead beat. I just cant understand why people like that can keep there jobs or even stay in business. Todd

1 /5 Tracey Fischell: Dr Bhasvar was very professional, competent and caring and the only reason I initially stayed with this medical practice. Otherwise I have nothing positive to say. I was assigned to a new Dr who refused to refill my daily meds without seeing me first... but they had no timely appointments available, and didnt care I would run out of medicine. However whenever I go there the waiting room is empty and the staff dont seem busy!! The staff member I spoke with regarding my medicine refills was totally incompetent, argumentative, rude, unprofessional and repeatedly hung up on me. I had to go to a Walk-in Clinic to get a temporary medicine refill, and change medical practices. This is the most uncaring and unprofessional medical practice I have ever been to. STAY AWAY!!!!

1 /5 Doland Stephanie “SCarmen”: At the beginning of this year my insurance was changed to HMO and Pinellas Primary Care was to be my Primary Care Provider. Unfortunately I have had 4 ailments since then. Each time I try to schedule an appointment they are booked over a month out. I dont know how they have the volume of patients it takes to be that far booked. I am sick now and I am told I have to wait until end of June? By then I will have suffered and hopefully been better if not worse. This is absurd. When I asked when the next earliest appointment, the receptionist told me she couldnt give me a date. Are you kidding me? She cant even schedule me. I also asked if being booked over a month out is typical they she said yes and recommended me finding another doctor. They are not helping their patients they are enabling them to get worse and allowing whatever aliment to thrive. I will be putting in multiple complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE!

I thought they meant the following Monday! They didn’t say the date, nor did I get a new email with a date. Missed work and used my pto.

1 /5 The Real Mook Scoop!: Ive never been so disrespected or disregarded in my entire life!! The office manager Michelle was absolutely rude and an racist in every single sense of the word!!! After making a phone call this morning 6/2/2016 to request and x-ray referral be sent to Saint Anthonys Hospital by my pcp doctor kerry Cadogan". I was told by the young lady that answered the phone she would give the information I provided to her to the doctor as soon as she arrived. At 2:30 I called back pondering why I have yet to receive a phone call from either the secretary or the doctor herself , I notice that the person on the other end was not the person I spoke to earlier.. I said to her the young lady that I spoke to earlier has all the information. Her attitude changed immediately and she demanded that I tell her what was wrong with me,! As I begin to explain my situation she abruptly hung the phone up!!! Well not noticing that she had disconnected I continued with my story when I noticed that the phone was disconnected I was shocked. So I call back and ask did you hang up purposely she responded we here in this office dont have time for your attitude. I said excuse me but I dont have an attitude I think you may have a problem with your personnel I am the patient... But before I could finish she hung the phone up again!!! Now I do have an attitude! .. and Im going to my doctors office to find out what the problem is , after arriving at the doctors office and speaking to the young lady behind the glass she informed me that dr. Cadogan would not be in until the next day. Ive them asked for the office manager I wanted to ask her why she hung the phone up on me without hearing my medical need? Her attitude and facial expressions made me feel puzzled and disappointed , so I asked her is this how you handle yourself professionally on a daily basis? I went on to ask her for her credentials so I can file a claim. Her answer to me was if you dont like it Im going to call security!!! "Typical racist answer. (If you dont like the way I speak to you..go to jail)" I responded are you kidding me I look to the young lady in the window and ask is there anyway that you can just have dr. CADOGAN write the referral when shes available and Ill just go to the hospital. The manager leaned into our conversation and told me that I was being discharged from that facility if I didnt like it I could file a complaint in 30 days. I choose to go straight to the Florida Board and ask how does a woman with her disposition end up in a job with that position? I will be diligent in finding the answers to why office manager Michelle... is in the position she is and what will it take to have her discharged from that position, this Facebook post is just the beginning,, this woman is rude, she displayed a racial overtones and should be FIRED! immediately I only wish there was a zero star rating

I have been going to him for two years and I will continue My health treatments under his care. I feel he really cares about me as a person and not just a patient. I wish we had more doctors like him.

Bayfront Family Health Center: Leiding Daniel D MD - St. Petersburg Alli G: I am not one to leave reviews or even bad ones at that, but I am so tired of piss poor healthcare. I had an ultrasound schedule in October through Hurricane Milton, I called to see if they were still open the day before the storm but no one answered and I found out when I drove down they had closed. No biggie, I get it, it’s the day before a hurricane but you could have called. I call to reschedule my ultrasound the day after the storm, they cannot get me in for 1 month . I reschedule, take off work, my fiancé takes off work, we arrive for our 8:30 appointment at 8:15 to find out an employee named Jessica had canceled my appointment. No one can tell me why, no comments in the note box as to why the appointment was canceled. It’s now 9:00 they had the ultrasound technician come out to talk to me. As the receptionist tells me someone called you and left a voicemail to reschedule. I said I spoke with someone and they asked if I could come in at a different day, I said I am schedule to scrub into surgery at work all week I can’t reschedule, I requested this time off. She replied “ no worries, we will move someone else” have a nice day. The ultrasound technician offers me to wait around for the day to see if someone cancels and she can work me in as I am scheduled to be at work at 10:30. As I was sitting there 3 other women had already approached the window annoyed asking if they are running behind.The ultrasound tech was put to talk to me when she should be doing other women’s ultrasound. I found that to be silly, she seemed way overworked. Then she offered to schedule my appointment again. I am already 36 weeks, it had taken me 2 months to get the appointment after showing up twice and appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I am so disappointed and upset. No one was apologetic or remorseful as if my time TWICE DID NOT MATTER. By the time they could schedule me for a third time, I would be pay my due date. So much for checking my baby’s heart to make sure it’s okay. I work in healthcare. I am a X-ray tech, nurse and a office manager. This practice is run so piss poor they should be ashamed. Needless to say I walked out declining a 3rd appointment. What is the point so they can waste my time again..

Every single time weve needed their services, from simple emergency room visits to full surgeries and inpatient stays, the care and attention they provide have been exceptional. The staff is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and kind, making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible for both the children and their families. Trusting your childs health and well-being with this hospital is truly a blessing, and I am grateful for the outstanding service they consistently deliver.

Dr. Kirti G. Bhargava-Patel, MD - St. Petersburg Crystal Hampton: I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for years. She then drops me as a patient out of the blue while needing a thyroid prescription refilled because I saw another Physician for weight-loss. I went to this other office for that because she made me feel horrible when I enquired with her about it. She stated that office is also primary care so she will no longer see me since I went there. She literally left me hanging after lab work with no thyroid prescription refill. What kind of Physician does that? Apparently one that doesnt care about my health. Ill gladly switch. Good riddance!

Don Parish, DO - St. Petersburg Bob Moody: Baycare was right to part ways with this Dr. I saw him today at the VA at Bay Pines as my new Primary. Wondered why he would leave Baycare and go with the VA. I read his previous reviews after my 4 minute visit after 50 minutes waiting. All the bad reviews described him to a the T. Smug and very dismissive. Was not just me. Will not go back. Too bad the VA did not do a better job vetting this guy.
