1 /5 Michele Carlson: Worst experience ever. They sent my bills to a non existing mailing address then when it was returned sent my bill to collections. Now telling me I have to contact a post office to fix my incorrect address that I do not know what it is still. Also the customer service rep hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager. Horrible service. Telling me I am under collections until the VA pays the claim then they can clear my account and remove from collections. REALLY???? They used incorrect information and I am the one that is at fault. Maybe I should sue!!!! Could not post until I placed a star for them what a scam. BEWARE VETERANS they do not like us!!!!!
