1 /5 Luke Dahl: Dr. Ciccone (ER doctor) must have been having a terrible day. Unfortunately, this gets passed-on to the patient. Bedside manner = -10! In all my years of doctor and/or hospital visits, NEVER, EVER, EVER have I encountered a "healthcare provider" that was so rude. This guy could really, truly benefit from some emotional intelligence training. Even the staff was apologizing for his behavior. How sad! Your subordinates are making excuses for you. Lose the God complex and recognize the fact that you are only human, too! I will never visit this hospital again. The fact that doctors can get away with this behavior is beyond troublesome. Be sure that Northside is your last choice!

1 /5 Mary Price: ER: I was told being kept overnight. Short on beds and rooms. I fell asleep in a chair in a side room and woke up in a gurney in the Hallway!! Completely embarrassing! And they couldnt tell me if I would get out of the hallway today! Can you imagine sleeping in a hospital gown with 100 people walking past you staring at you!!! Horrible Horrible Experience!

TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track (St. Petersburg 4th Street) - St. Petersburg Barbara Kim: I went to this location earlier today and, sure, the wait was a little long. This is understandable at an urgent care though and we should all understand that. More importantly, the quality of care was fantastic. I was seen by Kristin, one of the PAs at this location. She was amazing! She gave me a good checkup, told me what I needed, and did everything very speedily. Thank you to everyone working at this facility!

Dr. Kavita Rao, MD - St. Petersburg Diana Ruffer: Dr. Rao has been my primary care doctor for 20+ years and I am very pleased with both her and her entire staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive; she personally sees me on every visit (not a PA) and shows genuine interest in my health issues and recovery. Her bedside manner (along with that of the nurses and aids) is excellent and she takes the necessary time and steps to ensure I understand her care plans. She has helped me through numerous serious health issues, and I am still alive to this day (nearly 88) due to her dedication and support. A big Thank You to everyone in her office!

Dr. Sreelatha Tirupathi, MD - St. Petersburg Sreedhar Gajula: Dr. Tirupathi was thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and she explained my issue properly and in great detail.I felt she really listened to my worries, was really sensitive, and made me feel genuinely cared for by her and her team.I was delighted by Dr. Tirupathi’s knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition and outlining a clear treatment plan. She has a really warm demeanour, which put me at ease, and her staff was extremely welcome and helpful throughout my appointment.She is fantastic at following up and checking on how I am doing after my treatment. Also, I appreciate the reminder calls for forthcoming appointments.

Shana E. Anton, MD - St. Petersburg Erwin S: Dr Anton has a great balance of professionalism and great bedside manner. She is one of the most thorough doctors I have come across and she is very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable having her as my doctor and I would highly recommend her.

Leana Oppenheim, DO - St. Petersburg Jayna Batton: Dr Oppenheim is the best! She takes her time to listen, comes up with a plan and makes sure you are in agreance with everything. She explains everything well and you can tell that she cares!

John S. Morrow, MD - St. Petersburg Travis Head: I came in for wax build in my ear, not only did they do a great job cleaning it out they offered a same day ear test. I usually have to wait weeks to get back in for a hearing test. Very friendly and tooth doctors took there time and explained everything they were doing to include the results of my hearing test. I would recommend Dr. Morrow and his team to anyone having hearing problems. Outstanding staff from the beginning to the end of the visit.

While I dont remember everyones name, Zoe (who I believed identified herself as the nurse manager) was super friendly and was an amazing to person to interact with! 10/10 would come back

Mease Countryside Hospital - Safety Harbor Bry BEES Creative Co: I have a chronic issue that brings me to the ER about once a year and this hospital is always so accommodating and kind. I’ve seen them be so busy that there aren’t any beds and I’ve seen them nearly empty; every single time all of the staff, technicians, nurses, and doctors take all the time they need to answer all of my questions, explain my results, consult with my surgeons, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. This hospital is wonderful. Sometimes there is a long wait and that is just how it goes, remember to give these professionals patience because they really are doing their absolute best and I’m a consistent witness to that.
