5 /5 Diana Ruffer: Dr. Rao has been my primary care doctor for 20+ years and I am very pleased with both her and her entire staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive; she personally sees me on every visit (not a PA) and shows genuine interest in my health issues and recovery. Her bedside manner (along with that of the nurses and aids) is excellent and she takes the necessary time and steps to ensure I understand her care plans. She has helped me through numerous serious health issues, and I am still alive to this day (nearly 88) due to her dedication and support. A big Thank You to everyone in her office!

5 /5 Gilles Haun: Over the years, Ive have several PCMs. Of those, Dr. Rao has proven to be the most considerate and caring of them all. Shes been my care provider now for the last 3 years and Im grateful to have found her. Her professional, yet personal manner is always uplifting no matter how bad you feel and she takes the time to actually get to know her patients rather than treat them as a source of income or rapidly get them out the door for the next patient.

5 /5 Pauline Lemon: Dr. Rao, reviews showed that she was patient. Well after sitting and chatting with her during my initial visit, was an understatement. Her office staff was just as pleasant and refreshing. Their commitment to patient care and concern deserves a 5-star rating. Dr. Rao was so kind and willing to hear my concerns without interjecting her medical response, but responded as a human doing (lol) She sat as I explained my condition and what was happening in my body without interruption. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a Dr. that will listen to your concerns 1st, then give wisdom as to whats next.

Travis Head: I came in for wax build in my ear, not only did they do a great job cleaning it out they offered a same day ear test. I usually have to wait weeks to get back in for a hearing test. Very friendly and tooth doctors took there time and explained everything they were doing to include the results of my hearing test. I would recommend Dr. Morrow and his team to anyone having hearing problems. Outstanding staff from the beginning to the end of the visit.

Bry BEES Creative Co: I have a chronic issue that brings me to the ER about once a year and this hospital is always so accommodating and kind. I’ve seen them be so busy that there aren’t any beds and I’ve seen them nearly empty; every single time all of the staff, technicians, nurses, and doctors take all the time they need to answer all of my questions, explain my results, consult with my surgeons, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible. This hospital is wonderful. Sometimes there is a long wait and that is just how it goes, remember to give these professionals patience because they really are doing their absolute best and I’m a consistent witness to that.

Stephanie Marie: Whoever owns this company really should call and pretend to be a patient to see how they are treating your customers (phone option #3) Due to the way I have been treated trying to make appointments and/or trying to get my prescriptions, I will be finding another doctor at a different establishment. I can deal with it being mostly students and having to see different doctors, but there is absolutely no reason for ignoring phone calls and being excessively rude when answering. Today I called and asked to make a yearly check up appointment and the lady that answered scoffed and let out a quick laugh before asking if I was even a patient there. I am, and this isnt the first time Ive been treated this way by the people answering phones here. When I said that I was a patient, she then proceeded to tell me how my information doesnt just show up on the phone and what information I would need to give her in a very condescending manner. Normally I dont blurt out all of my personal information as soon as someone answers the phone and obviously she would need my name and date of birth to look me up, but the way she went about it was extremely uncalled for. It was the same treatment when I tried to get my already written prescription this past week and multiple other times that I have called over the last two years. Ive even had to drive up there in the past to make an appointment, because they refused to answer the phone. I was already considering going to a new doctor due to how rude they are on the phone, but Ive put it off due to the location and in house bloodwork. After dealing with the their continuous rudeness and refusal to help with an already written prescription (twice this past 1 1/2 weeks), I will now officially be finding somewhere else to go.

Global Travel: Had an appointment at 8:40am today. I did arrive at 8:52am, I apologize and I accept accountability for being late. This however resulted in my appointment being rescheduled for next week. They apologized for the mix up so Im not sure if it was a mix of me being late and them having an office schedule mix up but they could not fit me in today. I will be back next week, will update if I have the same or better experience. They seem nice, I just dont think they viewed me as a patient this time around and more like a number. Again, Ill give it one more try next week.

KiKi B: I was watching a video online recently and saw that a woman Melissa Perkins who works for this business, called a family trash after stating she “worked with her son.” I just wanted to share this is extremely disheartening and concerning. I understand the internet is a place that welcomes diversity, equity, and inclusion but Neighborhoods are different. Melissa responded this was because a young lady informed the public about a neighborhood that is accepting section 8 and encouraged families to apply. I am curious if this behavior or opinion is one shared or condoned by other staff. I want to be sure that when it comes to patient care, anyone who has worked with me or a family member would not say something so distasteful simply because I welcome people of a different background to a neighborhood I feel is beautiful. Please see to it that patients are protected and behavior like this is not condoned. If you do support or share these beliefs, state so publicly so people stay out of your neighborhood and business.

Pj Wakelee: Dr Rodriguezs office is the epitome of what a Drs visit should be. Dr Rodriguez shows compassion and an attention to details, he is easy to talk to as well. His staff is very knowledgeable and tend to the task at hand, and Jessica the receptionist always remebers your name and will call if theres a cancelation. All in all i would give a grade of A+ Good job!!
