1 /5 Desiree Franklin: My son was referred to this group through his pediatrician. We have tricare insurance and unfortunately only one provider accepts it and he only works every other Monday. I made my sons appointment for 2/24/2025 on 1/3/2025. Today at 3pm I get a call that the therapist has decided he does not want to work in the office this Monday so they are switching my son’s appointment to virtual. When I made the appointment I explained that my son would really benefit from an in person appointment and I didn’t think he would get much from a virtual appointment, at least at the beginning.
I tried rescheduling and the woman offered me 3/10/2025. When I said I would take that she rudely told me she never offered that date and that’s only a day the therapist will be at the office. She then said the next opening wouldn’t be until late April or May.
I asked if they could check and see if there is anything sooner since we had already been waiting for 2 months. She put me on a brief hold and then hung up on me. I tried calling back and have not been able to get through
