5 /5 Donna Bailey: Palms of Pasadena Florida HCA was awesome when I brought my mom in for an appointment to have a MRI and swallow test. We were greeted immediately and escorted to the appropriate area to await her procedure. All representatives and medical staff were very kind and professional. The hospital is very clean and welcoming. Anyone passing us through the hallways always acknowledged us with a smile and hello. The technicians, nurses, and administrative staff were very kind and helpful. Her test results were available in a couple of days on the HealthOne portal. Thank you for always caring and exhibiting professionalism.

5 /5 Carolyn Mauter: My husband a knee replacement done on Jan 21, 2025. Due to the doctor being in an emergency surgery, we ended up in same day surgery for about 7 hours. We had a wonderful team of nurses. We would like to recognize Joanna, James, Valerie and Jamie, the director. They were fantastic taking care of my husband as well as our daughter.

5 /5 carol collins: From the first employee that I spoke to the ER reception to the last person, who walked me out, my experience was unbelievably outstanding. Every employee knows their job, does it well, and is very efficient. I just knew that I was in good hands. The ER physician was exceptional and after some testing, promptly reported the results to me. I received my discharge paperwork and was on my way to my pharmacy who already had my scripts filled. I highly recommend this hospital if you are in need of emergency care.

5 /5 Maureen Davis: Excellent prompt care. X-rays taken in a timely manner. All personnel were kind and skilled. Facility is very clean , bright and welcoming. Minor glitch was a delay in receiving X-ray results but the doctor was diligent in pursuing them. This was a second visit to this hospital and I would highly recommend this facility.

5 /5 Jean Murphy: Palms of Pasadena has always been my favorite hospital and continues to impress me. I went to the ER earlier this week concerned about a hernia. The staff is just unbelievable. I wanna thank Dr. Anderson, Anna, Paul, Javier, and all of the staff that made me feel comfortable and safe.

Dwarrenee Hughes: This hospital in the small community of Pinellas Park is a hidden gem. No big city overcrowded waiting rooms. No take a number an wait to be called in the ER. I am often wary of new medical environments and stick to places I know. This is conveniently located about 2 miles straight down from my home. I have never felt more comfortable in a hospital environment. The nurses, the techs and all the support staff are welcoming. They work really well together. The place feels familial. I had a health incident after surgery and the response was so on point. Fast, specific and at the same time nurturing. I felt SAFE. I am incredibly grateful to the 3rd floor staff for my care and recovery.

Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital - St. Petersburg

Kelly Klein: From the time my husband and I arrived at triage to holding our newborn baby on my chest, about an hour and a half elapsed. That in mind, things progressed rather quickly for us and at times, it was a challenge to stay present. Luckily, that wasn’t too much of an issue because of how “on top of it” the staff at Baby Place was from start to finish. The triage nurses were efficient and encouraging, the labor and delivery nurses were so kind, professional and supportive and made sure I was able to fulfill my birth plan in its entirety. The mom baby nurses were attentive and engaging and took really good care of us and our baby. The lactation consultants were also so insightful and provided me with so many helpful tips to ensure that my goal of breastfeeding exclusively will be possible and so far, my breastfeeding experience has been awesome. We are home now and I feel nothing but satisfaction and appreciation when I reflect on my birth experience. If / when we decide to have a second child, there is no doubt in my mind that we will choose Baby Place again.

St. Anthonys Hospital- Emergency Center - St. Petersburg

Mag Pugs: I mean this when I say, this was quite literally the most efficient, pleasant ER experience I’ve ever had. I came in with some significant burns to my chest and torso (pain was there but bearable enough to be ready to wait, considering it’s the ER and all) checking in was smooth, vitals 10 minutes later, triage 30 minutes later, and taken back in another 5 minutes. Now I understand burns can take priority over some cases so I may have been pushed through faster, but still very quick considering. Trey whom escorted me back was uplifting and happy. Both my P.A and nurse were comforting and quick and all within 3 hours, I’m treated + bandaged and pain free. To the entire staff on 1/23/25 around 6pm, thank you!!

Eric Lier: Check in staff are unprofessional poorly trained and apathetic particularly if you come in the afternoon near 4:00. Doctors are fantastic, nurses are very good, pharmacy is excellent

C E: Dr Cano is a good Dentist. I haven’t met the one that do the cleaning. Dr Cano is really patient with the patients. He takes his time because he wants to do a good job. He’s friendly with his patients. He’s really good and takes serious his job. I had a crown in my front teeth and came about two weeks. That was good. His assistants are wonderful. The place is always clean. I really recommend this place. They’ve all friendly. I like that. Today, I’m getting my second crown. He put the anesthesia and I didn’t feel anything. He can play some music if you want, while the teeth get numb. His assistant is really good on her job. Really professional. Don’t get full that she’s young. She knows her job and she makes sure that you’re comfortable and Dr Cano too. The rest of the place is really good. They have breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday at 11:30am and is really good. They also have activities during the week. They’re bilinguals, which is good. I’m satisfied with this place. They also have Dr Ramos. He’s a good Physician. He takes his time and listen to you. They have Labcorp in the Center, for lab which is a plus.. They have a Therapist. The people that come to this place are really friendly. They also have a Stylist. She’s really good. She does hair and pain your nails. You have to make an appointment though, but it’s worth it. They have Vans for transportation, which is good if you need to go to an appointment. I recommend this place.

Chris Branscum: Went in today for a slip and fall at work had to listen to all of the nurses on duty talking about their most morbid cases and which doctors house they were going to party at . I understand we are supposed to have fun but some discussions about sensitive cases. Its easy yall close the door easy fix. And I never usually write reviews on anything but I also overheard the staff talking about leaving themselves good google reviews. Im sorry but if you want good google reviews then maybe you should try doing things the right way and people will leave you good reviews so if you happen to be in an ambulance they will take you anywhere so if they give you a choice avoid Northside emergency if you can.

All my labs were ordered incorrectly, and when I called twice to follow up, I was hung up on and then transferred to a random voicemail without speaking to anyone. I was trying to set up a new PCP but I will be going elsewhere now.

tracey garland: Dr Joy was the absolute worst. She rushed through my appt. She didnt even ask me any questions and I went in to see her for chest pain. She gave me zero answers zero tests and zero plans. I left feeling like I had wasted my time and money. It was very depressing. She is a gaslighter and does not care at all about her patients. Seek another profession, Joy. If I could give zero stars I would.

Katie Burrows: If you’re someone who actually reads reviews and you’re looking for a good doctor, please read this very carefully. Dr Marci Johns is not professional nor is her receptionist Connie. Dr Marci will rush you & make you feel uncomfortable for even coming in, in the first place. She does not care about her patients. Which is very clear by the 3 stars and reviews that she has. (I didn’t know this until now.) They will also send you a letter in the mail stating that you have been “dropped” as a patient after you had already cancelled your appointment with them first. Which I found very odd. This was specifically for the way I was spoken to over a blood test. Mind you this was my 3rd appointment within a year. Communication goes a long way and you have got to do better. Have a better day ladies or you won’t have a job soon with all these poor reviews and people you’re scaring away! It’s already hard enough going to the doctors for some, you just make it 10x worse!
