2 /5 Bryor Mosley: Had an okay experience with the PA when I was here. However, the place was a wreck. All my labs were ordered incorrectly, and when I called twice to follow up, I was hung up on and then transferred to a random voicemail without speaking to anyone. I was trying to set up a new PCP but I will be going elsewhere now.

1 /5 katrina headley: Absolutely horrible office I would not refer them to my worst enemy. They sent my blood work to the wrong provider that my insurance does not take back in April and I have been contacting them since them to advise them of their error. They have not fixed it yet and making excuses and not returning calls Ashley Carlene and Sharicka has all displayed less than poor customer service skill I have even sent messages to Dr G which have gone unanswered. I was just reading other reviews and I am not the only one having bill issues from this office.

5 /5 Dianne Patton: Ive only been a patient for a short period of time, but seems like a lifetime. They welcomed me with open arms. I initially moved to St. Pete in August 2020. I started having problems with my blood sugar. January 2021, I had not completed the paper work for intake as a new patient and Dr. E advised that I stop by the office and they would bring the medical device outside to me to take my blood sugar as I was not feeling well. That was the first of many appointments. They have gone above and beyond. By far Dr. E isn’t perfect, but he sure does push to make sure his patients are well taken cared for.

5 /5 Adams Susan Nousiainen “Susie”: Dr Eckstein and staff were all very welcoming and professional. I was made to feel very comfortable. Time seemed to be of no importance as the doc took a lot of time asking questions and recording my responses. Dr E seemed truly interested in my case, and I felt like I had finally found a physician who cares. It is a full service office, as my blood was taken there, making a trip to a lab unnecessary.

1 /5 Maggie McKay: By far the worst medical facility I have ever been too. Bathroom smells like pee and is filthy, staff is mostly rude and unhelpful. I wanted to like this office so badly but they are extremely unprofessional and can’t keep track of the things they have told me. They never answer the phone or return calls and refuse to send my prescription to the pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would. I never leave reviews but as someone who doesn’t want anyone to go through what I went through I am leaving this message. Please Improve.

Pinellas County Primary Care and Hospitalists - Clearwater Katie Burrows: If you’re someone who actually reads reviews and you’re looking for a good doctor, please read this very carefully. Dr Marci Johns is not professional nor is her receptionist Connie. Dr Marci will rush you & make you feel uncomfortable for even coming in, in the first place. She does not care about her patients. Which is very clear by the 3 stars and reviews that she has. (I didn’t know this until now.) They will also send you a letter in the mail stating that you have been “dropped” as a patient after you had already cancelled your appointment with them first. Which I found very odd. This was specifically for the way I was spoken to over a blood test. Mind you this was my 3rd appointment within a year. Communication goes a long way and you have got to do better. Have a better day ladies or you won’t have a job soon with all these poor reviews and people you’re scaring away! It’s already hard enough going to the doctors for some, you just make it 10x worse!

Pinellas Medical Associates - St. Petersburg Sarah S.: Make sure you check what they are going to bill you and if they have ascertained medical coverage. They need to tell you exactly what is covered in the authorization you get from your insurance and exactly all they will do and charge. Be forewarned that they charge $1,015 for an office visit to your insurance which is well over what any insurance company permits. They also did an extra x-ray I didnt ask for (of another body part) without informing me first if it was covered in my insurance authorization. (It was not.) Because of these and other charges I ended up paying almost 50% more than the specialist rate Im supposed to pay with my insurance. Lastly, the doctor suggested gel injections but his team neglected to tell me that the cost is much more than just the injection medication. It also includes the office visits and other charges. Without that information I was not able to determine what was covered until speaking to another medical center and cross-walking it with my insurance company. Im used to doctors offices informing very clearly in advance what all the charges will be, what their codes are (if needed), and what is exactly covered under an authorization. These are things PMA should be able to correct and do.

BayCare Medical Group Primary Care - St. Petersburg Deborah Vanlandingham: I am a new patient at Baycare Family Care on 38th ave St Pete. I just saw Dr David Nguyen. The staff was kind, the office was clean, the wait time was less then 5 min to be seen DR Nguyen is very kind and thorough. I never felt rush he listened and address all my concerns. I highly recommend this office

St. Petersburg Clinic - St. Petersburg Zach Stahl: I have been going to this clinic for years. I like it and the staff is friendly. But the number you have listed for the clinic on google doesnt work. I can never get ahold of a real person to schedule an appointment, no matter what number I press with the automated service. Someone please, fix the number listed on google so that I can call and make an appointment.

Emergency Physicians of St. Petersburg, PA - St. Petersburg Michele Carlson: Worst experience ever. They sent my bills to a non existing mailing address then when it was returned sent my bill to collections. Now telling me I have to contact a post office to fix my incorrect address that I do not know what it is still. Also the customer service rep hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager. Horrible service. Telling me I am under collections until the VA pays the claim then they can clear my account and remove from collections. REALLY???? They used incorrect information and I am the one that is at fault. Maybe I should sue!!!! Could not post until I placed a star for them what a scam. BEWARE VETERANS they do not like us!!!!!

Pinellas Primary Care - St. Petersburg Todd Freund: I recently was diagnosed with pneumonia. This care facility did not give me the correct medication and I ended up in the Hospital. If that is not bad enough! they then sent me to collection without attempting to call me after mailing my bills to the wrong address!! I paid the collection company but was confused as to why my insurance company paid over 27000. in hospital bill but did not pay Pinellas Primary Care? I called the office and spoke to Michelle the office manager. She did not want to hear anything that I had to say and was very rude. I spend over 80000. per year for myself and all of my employees health insurance and she talked to me like I am some kind of dead beat. I just cant understand why people like that can keep there jobs or even stay in business. Todd

Orlando Health Emergency Room - Pinellas Park - Pinellas Park Robin Carter: Overall experience was excellent couldn’t ask for better service! Taken care of in a timely manner very thorough Dr and nurse both receptor to listening to the patient. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have children because we know children don’t like to wait for anything, especially when they don’t feel well. Neither do adults!!! I appreciated their kindness and the Sincerity in which they cared for me!!!

Israel Wojnowich, MD - St. Petersburg Alicia: Dr W. is such an amazing physician he listens to your needs he converses with you about plan of care to make sure you are comfortable. I have been going to him for two years and I will continue My health treatments under his care. I feel he really cares about me as a person and not just a patient. I wish we had more doctors like him.

Bayfront Family Health Center: Leiding Daniel D MD - St. Petersburg Alli G: I am not one to leave reviews or even bad ones at that, but I am so tired of piss poor healthcare. I had an ultrasound schedule in October through Hurricane Milton, I called to see if they were still open the day before the storm but no one answered and I found out when I drove down they had closed. No biggie, I get it, it’s the day before a hurricane but you could have called. I call to reschedule my ultrasound the day after the storm, they cannot get me in for 1 month . I reschedule, take off work, my fiancé takes off work, we arrive for our 8:30 appointment at 8:15 to find out an employee named Jessica had canceled my appointment. No one can tell me why, no comments in the note box as to why the appointment was canceled. It’s now 9:00 they had the ultrasound technician come out to talk to me. As the receptionist tells me someone called you and left a voicemail to reschedule. I said I spoke with someone and they asked if I could come in at a different day, I said I am schedule to scrub into surgery at work all week I can’t reschedule, I requested this time off. She replied “ no worries, we will move someone else” have a nice day. The ultrasound technician offers me to wait around for the day to see if someone cancels and she can work me in as I am scheduled to be at work at 10:30. As I was sitting there 3 other women had already approached the window annoyed asking if they are running behind.The ultrasound tech was put to talk to me when she should be doing other women’s ultrasound. I found that to be silly, she seemed way overworked. Then she offered to schedule my appointment again. I am already 36 weeks, it had taken me 2 months to get the appointment after showing up twice and appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I am so disappointed and upset. No one was apologetic or remorseful as if my time TWICE DID NOT MATTER. By the time they could schedule me for a third time, I would be pay my due date. So much for checking my baby’s heart to make sure it’s okay. I work in healthcare. I am a X-ray tech, nurse and a office manager. This practice is run so piss poor they should be ashamed. Needless to say I walked out declining a 3rd appointment. What is the point so they can waste my time again..
