Kayo Dame: The staff are warm and helpful, I was not feeling good at all when I came in, but I ended up feeling much better then I came in after treatment. Transgenders: you may have to argue with them over the wrist band misgendering you even if you have it legally changed on your drivers license. However, not once was I misgendered by staff, thank you so much pavilion staff! Much to my healing they dont have a female and male "side" either, so you dont have to worry about getting a room on a male or female side of the building. With the psychiatrists, one completely dismissed me, the other helped me, you definitely have to be your own advocate and sometimes that isnt enough if you get the wrong psychiatrist. Fortunately they switch out psychiatrists and I got the help I needed. Even the security guard forgave me after I stepped to him as if to fight after losing my mind over the bad psychiatrist. He desculated the situation immediately with words, and I am so beside myself with disbelief that I could do such a thing, yet he forgave me and asked about my progress. Very caring. They do groups very often and have their own recreational therapist even. I get sensory overload very easy, but the groups were chill and well ran. The cafeteria is small and quiet. Even with the one bad psychiatrist I still give them 5/5 overall, in my experience they all care very much about their job and patients.

nina: Got a nose job here 3 years ago. i now have uneven nostrils, bloody noses everyday, and unable to feel the tip of my nose. On top of of that, my nose is still crooked. 8K down the drain! Hope this helps

Mariela Garcia: If I could give negative stars I would. When trying help a patient schedule an appointment I get yelled at and disrespected by a manager. Instead of compassion for a patient and eagerness to help all the manager did was shut every down. The manager is very rude and still thinks that someone trying to figure out solutions is a way of forcing someone to do something. I have never felt so disgusted towards an office and manager. I tried explaining that their was no need for her to be rude and even that made her yell at me even more. The lack of professionalism, but I can promise never to refer a patient of mine to their office ever again.

Doctor on the other hand is an arrogant, cruel, heartless man with the most horrific bedside manor that I’ve ever witnessed. They do NOT put you asleep, you feel everything. This place is not only such a traumatic experience but such low quality of care. If you need an abortion, I’m begging you, DO NOT come to this location.
