Tim and Cassie Sheehan: Today was my first appointment with Dr Sarmad. I was impressed. He took plenty of time to get to know me and my health history. Which I feel is extremely important. He explained blood work results to me in a way I could understand. I feel we made a great plan to manage my health care! The office staff is very caring and kind. They also took time to really understand me and any concerns I had with regards to my health care. I did not feel rushed at all. It was a great experience and look forward to returning for follow appointments.
Dr. Nabil Itani DO - Titusville
Scott Renfroe: I love this doctor and his staff. The doctor listens to you. You do not feel rushed. If you want tests performed he has no problems ordering tests. The back staff are friendly as well.

Kate Ware: Had an 9am appt. Scheduled months inadvance. Return visit at that. Get to the office only to find out I need prior authorization... I received multiple reminders of the upcoming appt. Even a phone call. Called my insurance when they told me I needed prior authorization...insurance says I never need prior authorization for office visit???
Space Coast Rheumatology - Titusville
Jason Epler: Dr A. Is the worst doctor Ive ever experienced. He did not listen to my symptoms. His office staff does not ever answer the phone. I tried to call multiple times to cancel an appointment and got the answering machine each time. They did not call me back..I left 3 messages to cancel the appointment. Then a month later I get a bill in the mail for $100 for a missed appointment. Dr A. will never get a penny from me.

susan champaigne: Not only did I regain the use of my hand which was injured I actually enjoyed my visits with these two beautiful, kind, fun, cheerful and knowledgeable therapists. They are fantastic at motivativating an injured person to work hard to recover use and rebuild strength! Thank you so much!
Titusville Surgical Associates - Titusville
Penny Lefort: My disabled elderly mom went to see Dr Patel on a referral. He refused to examine her because she could not physically get up on their exam table due to her medical issues. He went so far as to physically pull on her arm to lift her onto the table even as he is being repeatedly told by my sister that he was hurting her and that she couldnt bend her knees to get up on the table! He was physically and verbally abusive to an elderly disabled woman! DON"T GO THERE!!!!!
Health First Cancer Institute - Titusville
Charles Jenkins: Ever since they have changed hands the wait is horrible. For a simple lab work we have been here for 2 and a half hours. Is our time worth anything? It has gotten ridiculous!!!
Maria C Torres, MD - Titusville
Thor: It’s a pleasure to recommend Dr. Torres. I’ve relocated from Boston, MA right as the pandemic started. I had a great PCP in Boston that was attentive and felt he had my best interest. So, I was fearful having to start over with a new physician, especially today! Today’s physicians are owned by big hospital systems and your treated like cattle. The system doesn’t have the physicians focus on the bedside manner nor eye contact with the patient as the physician is always looking at their computer, typing away and so-called “listening”. When your done with that visit, you leave feeling not heard or more confused before you met with the physician. So, you just continue with that model of physician because, why change? Why ask for more from your physician? Why demand the attention that’s needed for that visit? Shoot, the visit isn’t free, your paying them for a service and they are going to darn well charge you for everything! Now, about Dr. Torres. I’ve been blessed that have her as my primary care physician! Dr, Torres greats you and takes you directly to the exam room herself where she starts to have a face to face conversation with you regarding the reason for the visit and discussion on your underlying needs. For me, I had no clue I lived with cancer for so many years. Dr. Torres was brave enough to question my previous PCP’s diagnosis & results for me. So glad she did. With further testing that Dr. Torres ordered, I was diagnosed with cancer and 4 months latter, I was in the hospital to rid the cancer from my body. Now, I have much respect for Dr. Torres as I feel safe and understood in our visits. Dr. Torres is attentive to requests for refills of medications or questions. Also, her staff is amazing! Stephine who welcomes you when you arrive or speak with on the phone, is one awesome individual. It’s always a joy speaking with her. Little perspective of me, I’m a 39 year old male, married with 3 children under the age of 10. Dr. Torres has families respect and faith with our health care wellbeing. Now, my wife has transitioned to Dr. Torres and feels the same as I do about her. That should speak enough about how Dr. Torres carries herself as a healthcare physician.
