1 /5 Kate Ware: Had an 9am appt. Scheduled months inadvance. Return visit at that. Get to the office only to find out I need prior authorization... I received multiple reminders of the upcoming appt. Even a phone call. Called my insurance when they told me I needed prior authorization...insurance says I never need prior authorization for office visit???

3 /5 Allison Marlow: I saw Dr Shenoy for a few years. Hes knowledgeable and capable but he lacks good bedside manner. Yes, he tests at every visit (which is a good thing.) Be careful, though. I was DISCHARGED as a patient when I asked him for help. Yes, he helped me that day, but also gave me my "pink slip." I begged him to accept me back two times afterwards, but to no avail. Ive had to travel a great distance without my own transportation for a long time now to see other doctors. ALSO, his unplanned out of country vacations were a burden on patients who were left by the wayside.

2 /5 Sandra Lopez: Have an appointment at 9:30 am get there at 9 ish called in at 9:39 am then wait in the exam room til 10:17am to see the LPRN cause the doctor is not here plus the MA try to excuse the horrible timing they have. I’ve never waited this long in this office. Ridiculous

5 /5 Carol Fournier: Dr.Shenoy has been my physician for many years. He is very professional and has helped me tremendously with difficult medical issues. I would definitely recommend him. His staff are excellent too….so very kind and patient (they have had to do a lot of extra paperwork for my difficult insurance company ) .

1 /5 Haley Howard: I took my mother in for her appointment and for this appointment she was told to write down all her symptoms so they could have a discussion about her diagnosis. Instead of have any discussion at all he proceeded to talk to my poor mother like she was the bubble gum stuck to the bottom of his shoe. Using phrases like "im not god" "i cant help you" "pick one symptom you have giving me too many." She picked the problem she has with her feet when she walks and he continues to be absurdly rude. We walked out and i told my mother she will have to find a new neurologist / pain doctor.
