5 /5 Steve Thomas: The receptionists acknowledged us immediately upon us coming into the facility. The medical care providers are very informative regarding who, what, when, and why. The Doctor has great patient interacting manners.

After rescheduling my first appointment to be prepared, even when I arrived 30 minutes late, the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me with another dentist, which was a huge relief. Returning for my emergency appointment felt effortless, and the dentist’s calm and gentle approach made the extraction nearly painless. The spotless and sterile office left me with a positive outlook and a renewed commitment to better oral health. Thank you for this uplifting and supportive experience!

1 /5 Erin Elmore: Just dont do it. Unprofessional and no regard to your time. I made an appointment a little over 3 weeks ago as a new patient. Yesterday, I was called (one day prior to my appointment , which would have been today) and was left a voicemail saying that they had to cancel my appointment due to me never confirming the appointment ??? I was very perplexed given that I had never received a call, text or email or any sort of confirmation for that matter. I called them to figure out why this happened since I had taken a half to day from work and arranged someone to pick up my children after school to be there. Like I said this was arranged THREE WEEKS ago to accommodate my busy schedule. When I spoke to the woman she told me "they had a dental hygienist no longer with the practice so they couldnt accommodate my appointment any more due to lack of hygienists." So THAT was why my appointment was being moved. I understand things happen..however, I thought it was incredibly unprofessional to leave on my voicemail a completely bogus reason trying to place the blame on me for not confirming when it was on them for being short staffed. Thankfully., I did some research and found some other dental offices in network that could see me a lot sooner and seemed WAY more professional than this practice. Its shame they are so new and close to the area but cant keep staff or new patients. Its a terrible reflection of management and Im just glad they never had the opportunity to touch my teeth.

5 /5 Tony Davis: I had a great experience with the care I got at Yellow Bluff Dental Care. The people were so helpful. They made sure I was comfortable while there. They were all very professional with a good bedside manner. Each one new their job and explained anytime I didn’t understand something. My Doctor was great and easy to understand. I am glad I chose this office for my future dental care.

Imagine my frustration when, just hours before the appointment, I received a notification that it was canceled. This lack of consideration for my time and effort is incredibly disappointing. It feels unprofessional and disheartening, especially after waiting so long for this visit. I had planned my day around this appointment, and the last-minute cancellation left me feeling frustrated and let down. I expected better communication and respect for my time. I hope they can improve their scheduling practices in the future, as I would hesitate to recommend this practice to others based on my experience.
