5 /5 A. L. Haskins: I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Town Center, Jacksonville, FL! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. I’d like to give special thanks to Myia, Sarah, Jada, and Aileen for their professionalism and customer service care. Aileen, in particular, provided an incredibly gentle cleaning, and I was so impressed by her soft-touch skill and kindness. Kacey was also wonderful in assisting me through the process and ensuring everything was running smoothly. The turnaround time for my dental services was shockingly fast, and all services were efficiently performed with great care. I truly appreciated how well everything was handled, making my visit so much more enjoyable. And of course, Dr. Miller is top-notch! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and hands-on with his team. It’s clear he takes pride in delivering the best care for his patients, and support to his team. The entire team at Aspen Dental truly made my visit stress-free, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Sarah and Kasey were super helpful and made sure I knew what was happening. I felt very welcomed and comfortable in my visit! The staff was super awesome and the office was well put together!!! He is also autistic, and for him to feel comfortable at the dentist is a shocker for me!! Im the Mom. Everyone was beyond nice, supportive, gentle and compassionate.

1 /5 Google User: I am not happy with my service with Christopher Miller. i went in for a chipped tooth. dentist did not want to fill it, he kind of washed his hands and referred me somewhere else. i go to where he referred me to, i get a root canal and he told me to go back to Aspen Dental in Town center to get it filled, Now Aspen Dental says i need a crown but before i can get the crown, they want me to get a deep cleaning (that my insurance does not cover) they wont do my crown until i get this deep cleaning that costs $1700 that i can not afford, i went in for an emergency tooth chipped, ended up being rejected to do my crown due to them wanting the deep cleaning done for my whole mouth when they are not putting my tooth that i came for, as a priority. they just want money. dont go here.
