The staff are kind, polite to you and each other. Every time you look at someone they are smiling and greeting you. It is a peaceful and caring place. I would Highly recommend them:)

I had bridge replacement work done, so it was an extensive procedure. Everything went smoothly due to the competence of Dr. Polo and his technicians. Thank you Dr. Polo and staff. I have to make mention of the beautiful and relaxing view of the lake from the chair. I would recommend this practice and Dr. Polo. They are the best.

5 /5 Alejandra Ortiz: Oh my God!!! The service here was a DELIGHT today. I had a dental emergency and as soon as I got in touch with Lizbeth Valle on the phone, she was a pleasant young lady. I was in so much pain and she made it all feel seamless which is what we all want when going through excruciating pain, like I was. Then when I arrived, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cruz and Carmen (his right hand -dental assistant) my goodness, I can’t say enough how these people are above and beyond AMAZING. I was in tears and left there with a huge smile and even a hug. Dr. Cruz explained everything so thoroughly and so calmly, that I had to calm down. He is amazing at this man. Carmen was a wonder to have by my side. She soothed me while I was in bad shape. She was so sweet and truly a compliment to Dr. Cruz to have such an amazing team by his side. I will be recommending anyone I know, or don’t to this place. Please give them a call and get your dental work done here. It is the best decision you will make. I promise.

Dr. Cerdan is not only a skilled dentist but also a genuinely good person. He gave me a lidocaine injection, and I didn’t even feel it—he’s that gentle and precise. His work was perfect. I had a filling and my bite alignment is excellent after having it done, which he was very sensitive to and made sure was just right. I felt completely at ease in his care. Honestly, hes the best dentist Ive ever been to!

Aspen Dental - Winter Haven, FL - Winter Haven Char Wenzel: I showed up at Aspen Dental in Haines City because I needed a tooth pulled. They werent talking walk- ins but they referred me to the one on Cypress Gardens. When I arrived it wasnt long before they called my name. The girl that did my x-rays was very sweet. Then I was brought into another room where they discussed the work I needed in my mouth. It wasnt just expensive, I couldnt even think about anything.(if you have ever had a toothache you know what I am talking about) I wanted that tooth pulled. The dentist was very nice. I couldnt believe that he pulled it so quick. And I was on my way home. Definitely a wonderful group of people to take care of an extraction. A little on the pricey side but it was well worth it. Im giving them 5 stars and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dental care. Thank you for taking care of my dental needs.

They really make sure that you’re comfortable before, during and after each procedure. I needed a lot of work done and they guided me every step of the way. They are up front about the cost so you know ahead of time exactly what you’re paying for. I love that they give you a “plan of action “ ( I forget the term they use) and I was able to pick which procedure I wanted to do each time based on what I could afford at that time. I needed partials and it’s was amazing how great they fit!! 10/10 I highly recommend
