5 /5 Char Wenzel: I showed up at Aspen Dental in Haines City because I needed a tooth pulled. They werent talking walk- ins but they referred me to the one on Cypress Gardens. When I arrived it wasnt long before they called my name. The girl that did my x-rays was very sweet. Then I was brought into another room where they discussed the work I needed in my mouth. It wasnt just expensive, I couldnt even think about anything.(if you have ever had a toothache you know what I am talking about) I wanted that tooth pulled. The dentist was very nice. I couldnt believe that he pulled it so quick. And I was on my way home. Definitely a wonderful group of people to take care of an extraction. A little on the pricey side but it was well worth it. Im giving them 5 stars and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs dental care. Thank you for taking care of my dental needs.

5 /5 Cheryl Kennedy: I came to the Winter Haven location from lake wales. The Winter Haven office is wonderful. 100% better than lake Wales office. The people are nice and kind and the dentist is kind and professional and makes you feel comfortable. I do not like going to the dentist but everyone at this location made me feel so much better.

5 /5 Trinidad Parodi: Had the greatest experience with this Aspen Dental in Winter Haven. The staff was very pleasant and caring. The doctor ,sorry forgot his name was very concerned with my problem about dentures made for me in the past. The technician that made the dentures dis a great job. I was so happy I got teary eyed a couple of times. The nurse assistant was very helpful and patient. The entire staff is great. God bless them always. I will recommend this winter haven office to anyone whom needs dental help. Wishing all of uz a pleasant future. My sincere success to u and ur staff always...

5 /5 Cathy ALTIERI: I went to Aspen Dental to check on getting implants after my exam. I spoke with the doctor and he assured me that I did not need implants or to pull out my bottom teeth just to replace the ones missing. I was so thankful for his honesty. Before I had gone to him, I went to Affordable Dentures. They never told us that it couldnt be done because I have so much bone loss. They did an exam and gave us a price of $22,000 for a full set of implants on the bottom. Me and my husband also drove to Tampa to speak with a dentist, about Implants. He assured me I was not a candidate and thanked us for coming. Its funny how one dentist will tell you youre not a candidate, you have too much bone loss. The next dentist was going to do a full set of implants on the bottom. The third dentist told me I was not a candidate. Then I just needed a partial so I went from $22,000 to $2,800 for a partial and deep cleaning. Thank you to the two dentists who were honest with me.

1 /5 Evans Holly “Hevans”: First time patient. Against my better judgement I came here because they offered Saturday appointments. I scheduled a check up for 11:00 am. The front desk only had one receptionist and had a lot going on that delayed the Check in process. She asked if I’d like to pay $35 for a cancer screening which I did consent to. They pulled me back for X-rays and the technician was task focused and not patient focused and going very quickly, she didn’t offer any friendly assistance but just said “open, bite down”. The bite wings were causing me to gag, and I tried to push through it so she could take the X-rays. Then the bite wings started to cut into the roof of my mouth, and at times under my tongue. I still can feel the welt from it cutting into my gums. It was hurting me enough where I told her I didn’t want to take the X-rays because it was hurting too much and she told me I could hold the mechanism and alleviate the pressure inside my mouth. I complied and finished the bite wings, then there was the panoramic Xray. It was more of stand here -bite this- follow me, very robotic and hurried. Then I’m taken back to two different lobbies, then a room, where I see a doctor. The doctor asked me some questions and then showed me the X-rays. He did a mouth exam and was very rough on my mouth, I felt uncomfortable and he was just very quick and pulling my mouth really wide. He never did my cancer screening. I was pulled into yet another room where I was told we had to schedule my cleaning. I was confused because usually X-rays and cleanings go together (whenever I’ve gone to dentists before) . But here they just did my X-rays and did a 5 minute or less exam and called it a check up. I advised the woman that the cancer screening wasn’t done and asked for a refund, I told her I wasn’t returning back and she asked zero questions about it. She printed my X-rays upon my request and refunded my money. Not once was I asked about my experience, but I’m sure it didn’t really matter to this office. I would have never stayed through all of this had I known what this place was like. I would not recommend anyone to this office! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dental or medical office. Highly disappointed! I’d recommend another office entirely.
