5 /5 Rodney Karsten: First time at Lake Wales Dentistry - and they were great! Appreciated the referral from my neighbor after having a not so pleasant experience at a different dental office after moving to FL about a year ago. Highly recommend this office.

1 /5 Octavio Medina: After them kicking my son out for being autistic. How dare you make them wait for over a hour to then say you should take him some where else. You work on him once before and set up to get his work done then come out with that. That is so understandable !!!!! Do not recommend this place at all !!!

I had root canal I told the dentist that it still hurt he said I will fix that he never did and the crown does not fit I have trieda couple times to get this fixed I say in a exam room for 45 minutes with nothing happening and was told it is probably the other tooth am not stupid I know what hurts I have been to two other dentist that have said they cannot believe job that was done and how the crown does not fit and that is why I am getting blood all the time this morning was the last straw my mouth was full of blood from this tooth not being done right and not getting the help I need I sure hope your family gets treated better that you treat me I cant afford to pay another dentist to fix it because it would have to come out of my pocket so I guess I have to live with a bad root canal or get I pulled so I didnt have b blood when I brush my teeth

1 /5 Lisa Sutton: I would NOT recommend this place. I was a new patient that went there for a simple cleaning and check up two weeks ago. I provided a full set of x-rays that were only six months old from my previous dentist (after they tried to claim they never received the X-rays so they could charge me for more). There was no need to take new X-rays, but they did anyway and then ended up charging me because they new my insurance wouldnt pay for additional X-rays in a year. Ive NEVER had to pay anything for a simple cleaning/check up before but after one visit here Im upcharged with some worthless $40 "extra" check and then I get another bill for $64 for the X-rays. Ill never step foot inside this place again.
