  • Dr. Christopher J. Zub, DO - St. Augustine Paul Sebring: Dr Zub has been my PCP for 6 years. He genuinely cares about my health and has made referrals to specialist whenever it was necessary. He is always ready to answer my questions. I am very appreciative for all he has done for me.
UF Health Medical Lab - Flagler Hospital - St. Augustine Deborah Ax Matthews: Excellent service. Highly recommend! I have gone here several times for bloodwork. After registration is completed you go directly to the lab the same day. I rarely had to wait, ever. The staff are always professional and friendly.
UF Health Primary Care - Palencia - St. Augustine Diana Welden: I started as a new patient several months ago, and really enjoyed my visit with Dr Tran. She is thorough and listens to concerns. However, my review is geared towards the Flagler Primary Care facility as a whole. Since my initial visit, I was seen for a shoulder issue. Dr Tran ordered an xray and mri for Flagler Imaging and it was supposed to be sent to them directly. After at least 3 follow up phone calls back and forth, (because the imaging center never received the order) it was finally sent to Flagler Imaging. After my x-ray, I received no follow up from UF Health Primary Care. I called the office, and left three voicemails on Dr Trans testing results line (I waited 48 hours in between as requested). Finally, after no follow up, I stopped by the office. At that point, they still had not read my x-ray (it had been at least a week). If they are busy, I understand but it only takes a minute to call be back for an update. I waited one more day for them to finally call back with xray results, and then they ordered the MRI. After the mri results were given to me, Dr Tran suggested a 2nd mri for a different look. She said she would place the request, and I would hear from someone in a few days. Its now been two weeks and I have not received one phone call from UF Health Primary Care OR Flagler Imaging. In the meantime, I went ahead and made and appointment at JOI. They read my initial results and set me up with a treatment plan same day. In short, I wasted a lot of time with the primary care. Dr Tran seems like a great doctor, but the facility is very lacking with its communication and follow up. Good luck to anyone that visits and expects thorough follow up. This seems to be a consistent problem if you read the negative reviews.
Pulmonary Associates of St. Augustine - St. Augustine Lurch _: They overbook. As you walk in, you encounter a sign stating that “if you are more than 15 min after your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule”… however, when they or the doctors are running over 1.5 hours behind, you are just expected to sit and wait your turn. The least the receptionists can do is call the clients with appointments to inform them of the delay or reschedule. The clients/patients time is just as important and valuable as the doctor’s time. Poor service at best. Seek another provider.
Florida Health Care Plans - St. Augustine Tracy Lane: I have loved the staff and care at the fhcp pharmacy until today. I lost my insurance and tried to get my prescription and pay out of pocket for it. Even with refills remaining, I was told they could not fill my prescription at all because my insurance was canceled. I just switched jobs and knew I would have 2 months without coverage. I have paid cash for prescriptions many times throughout my life. Some because I didnt want to use the brand insurance preferred, others when changing jobs. I never in my wildest dreams thought a company that is supposed to care about your medical wellbeing would refuse to fill your prescription with a valid prescription in file.
Anastasia Family Care PA - St. Augustine Frances Wills-Jarriel: I am shocked my original review is no longer found on here! this place is a joke, all they want to do is prescribe zoloft. youre sick, zoloft, hurt shoulder, zoloft panic attacks, zoloft. not sure if they are getting kick backs from the pharm co but in the 15 years I went here, I was prescribed zoloft at least 7 times and everytime i said im not depressed, i have a great life i dont need zoloft, but thats all they ever offered me. I have moved thank goodness.
St Johns Cardiovascular - St. Augustine John Dunbar: After trying to get thru the switchboard to speak with a medical Dr I gave up in frustration. I’m still waiting for their promised call back. A long time patient oh Dr George.
Dr. Jignesh R. Patel, MD - St. Augustine B. McDavitt: at my first appointment the doctor was well over an hour behind in his schedule and was ON THE ROOF of the building while 3 patients waited in his waiting room. I had to leave and reschedule. When I met the doctor the following visit, he was kind, professional and easy to speak with. During that appointment I listed for them the medications I am currently taking one of which is an oinment (muprocin) that is needed for an intermittent skin condition. I called a month ago and asked the office to put a rx on file at my pharmacy so when the condition popped up it was easily dealt with. I called back at the end of the same day to inform the receptionist it had not been called in yet and she assured me it would be. Fast forward a month, I call the pharmacy to have the rx filled and low and behold it had NEVER BEEN SUBMITTED. I call the office to inquire and they tell me there is nothing in the sytem and he is not in the office so they dont know when he will be able to fill it. Why would I subject myself to this as a patient?
St Augustine Neurology: Wei Jueyang MD - St. Augustine Steve Giovanni: I cannot say enough good things about my experience with St Augustine Neurology. All of the staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. The waiting area is clean, calm, and comfortable, and wait times are kept to a minimum. Dr. Wei is exceptionally knowledgeable and takes the time to listen attentively to your concerns. During my consultations, I felt truly heard, and he explained everything to me in detail, making sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment options. I would highly recommend St Augustine Neurology to anyone seeking compassionate, expert neurological care. They go above and beyond to ensure their patients feel supported and informed every step of the way. It’s truly a top-notch facility!
Towne Center for Dermatology - St. Augustine Earl Ward: I can’t say enough about how well I am treated when I’m at the Towne Center. From the check in, to the check out, everyone is friendly and professional. Kimberly took very good care of me!
