1 /5 Christine Downin: My husband started using this office about 2 years ago and to be honest werent happy with the way we were treated at the front desk on our first visit. However we met with Claudia and really liked her. She was the ONLY reason we continued to go there. We met with Dr Varansi only once and NEVER wanted to meet with him again. Claudia has left the practice and we were going to try to go see a different PA but we didnt even get past the front desk once again. With the exception of maybe 1 of the front desk people ALL of them are rude. Today my husband was in line to check in and pay his co pay and had the glass shut in his face.l as if he wasnt even there. He sat down then tried going back up and the lady was very rude AGAIN and shut the glass in his face while proceeding to give him an extremely nasty glare. I went up opened the glass got our money and told her we were done with this office. Dont waste your time or money going there they are rude disrespectful and just plain ignorant. Not to mention the office smells horrible.

5 /5 Jacob Lewandowski: As a type 1 diabetic, I’ve been to many many many endo offices over the years. I was diagnosed as a child and am now 37. I’ve had the good, I’ve had the bad, and now I have the great. This team is extraordinary. Always willing to go above and beyond regarding my care and concerns. Gabbie has an absolute heart of gold. Listens and cares for her patients like our lives depend on it, which it does. I cannot explain my absolute appreciation for this practice.

1 /5 Sherrylynn Cotter: Perhaps he has a medical license but I would not refer to him as doctor. He questioned if I had a thyroidectomy. Pretty much any doctor can quickly tell if you have had a thyroidectomy not to mention the scar. He was rude and condescending. I wouldnt set foot in his office for so much as an Advil tablet.

1 /5 Elizabeth Melvin: Perhaps he prefers treating diabetes. I had a thyroid issue with new labs to confirm. A student saw me. He never entered the room and I was dismissed. The student Dr. said “you just don’t look like you have hypothyroid Dr says”. My labs showed otherwise. Dr said “you have to be fat to be hypothyroid”. Horrible experience. He spent no more than 30 seconds outside the room, never looked at my labs.

AllCare Clinic - St. Petersburg stephanie bartolotta: This was my first time seeing Dr. Clark and going to his office The office was lovely. The staff were so nice and professional. Dr. Clark spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing past surgeries and any current complaints that I’ve had. He was very concerned and offered up opinions on labs that have been drawn by other physicians. I have been looking for a new doctor because my, Dr. Lefebvre Is retiring. It’s been very difficult finding a new physician, but I do believe that this is the one I will use

Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Medical Group Family Medicine - St. Petersburg Whitney Evans: Dr. Levoy and Dr. Franco are hands down the best in the city, their staff deserves a resounding round of applause (and so much more). Even the visiting staff that I had the extreme pleasure of being attended to by today. Clean, sanitized, intelligent, professional, helpful, fun, funny, good humored. I simply cannot say enough good things about this establishment. We were recommended by friends over a year ago and could not even begin to imagine going anywhere else! The most attentive and respectful professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen by. GO SEE THEM. End of story.

Florida Family Primary Care Centers of Pinellas - Pinellas Park Michael Bitler: Do not recommend. Update. 03/27/2024 still a horrendous experience. More like a comedy club. You pay to wait for hours while they eat lunch and cant get scheduling correct. Dont try to call. No. You end up talking to a call center in Miami. Walk in. Yeah, now they want to do teledoc. Well, thats a farse too. Waiting hours now. Walked back in since I cant call. Woops. Theres another emergency... Every time. They cant keep DRs here. The "Office manager" yeah. Its all a joke. Yeah. What can I say. They tanked after the buyout. Call center is frustrating. No callbacks, no answer most of the time. Communication is dismal. Messages left on answering machines from them are incomplete. Identifying as "Clinical Care" as the business name. No clue who they are presently. Told medications in person will be ordered immediately. By the time we get home, pharmacy confirms nothing ordered. Not the first time this has occurred. Says "Walk ins Welcome!" On the door. Yep, nope. No way. Discharged from a hospital?.... No problem! Just make your appointment for a few weeks out. No, not the 3 days or less the hospital recommends. Yeah, make that 5 weeks now I am finally getting an appointment. Bacterial infection!? They take care of those too! 3 weeks after the fact. Whats the point of a DR office when you cant have your illnesses and concerns addressed in a timely fashion? Seven years my family and I have been going here. Treated like a new patient each time we show up with the large turnover of staff they have here. My son was denied service due to him turning 18. He has to be a new client and they are full I was told. We came in after his 18th as they had scheduled us to. Lets not forget the hurry up and wait policy. Show up early, wait hours to be seen. Show up on time, they reschedule you another day. Show up late, yeah. Dont do that. They try to schedule you out past 6-8 weeks or make you wait an additional hour. Then tell you the DR is gone for the day and reschedule you anyways. Do not recommend.

HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital Emergency Room - St. Petersburg Diana Harris: It was awful. Nobody seemed to care. It was all about getting me out of there. The attending nurse seemed uncaring. I was brought to the lobby and when I needed assistance I was instructed to wave my arms. I could have done jumping Jacks and still no response. I wasnt sure if I released or not. Very poor patient care. I will find another hospital. Thanks for nothing but a large bill.

Office could use a bit of updating and cleaning but overall great place to keep you on the right track for your overall health.

Evara Health at Johnnie Ruth Clarke - St. Petersburg Hank Ripley: I have to CHANGE my review for this location and my recent experience. I have been a patient for some time and in the past have been more than dissatisfied. Today that was the opposite case. Thanks to the extreme hard work of Vera over the past few months, my experience today was phenomenal!! Since she has been working with me and for me with my Dr and the other staff, I have seen a 1000% turnaround. The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful the past few visits and even helped with a insurance issue that would have been a disaster 6 months ago. I want to thank Vera and I HOPE she gets the recognition she deserves for being unrelenting in her desire to improve my health and my experience with THIS location of Evara Health. Keep up the AMAZING work Vera and dont let ANYONE change your heart.

Dr. Gerald E. Trimble, MD - St. Petersburg Christopher Bowman: Dr Trimble and his assistant are great. They are caring and compassionate. They always made sure I was comfortable and they keep the atmosphere fun and relaxed. I just completed the radiofrequency ablation for my neck and I feel pain free already. A big THANK YOU to EVERYONE at the St Pete office.
