5 /5 Hank Ripley: I have to CHANGE my review for this location and my recent experience. I have been a patient for some time and in the past have been more than dissatisfied. Today that was the opposite case. Thanks to the extreme hard work of Vera over the past few months, my experience today was phenomenal!! Since she has been working with me and for me with my Dr and the other staff, I have seen a 1000% turnaround. The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful the past few visits and even helped with a insurance issue that would have been a disaster 6 months ago. I want to thank Vera and I HOPE she gets the recognition she deserves for being unrelenting in her desire to improve my health and my experience with THIS location of Evara Health. Keep up the AMAZING work Vera and dont let ANYONE change your heart.

1 /5 Gabriela Isabel: please run so far away from this facility. the nurse practitioner nurse quam or quan was seriously so unprofessional. she was rude, off putting, and not very knowledgeable. for example, she did not know what “eczema”was… super concerning. it was very frightening that the nurse was lacking medical knowledge. save your time and go somewhere else.

1 /5 Joyce Black: This doctor office does not train there staff to use a wheelchair scale for there patients they only had one employee that knew how to use it. Now they claim not to have it anymore. I guess my daughter cant get a physical here because they dont consider patients like her.

1 /5 She_Flourished: This was the worst visit at a doctors office that I have ever experienced. Yesterday was my first time at Evara Health. I had asked for directions from one of the receptionists in at the front desk, They got upset at me that I asked for directions and then pointed me in the wrong direction. I had another staff member point me into the right direction and I was about 10 minutes late to my appointment. The doctor barely listened to me, didn’t prescribe me my refills for my medications that I needed. I literally went to a doctors appointment just to get asked how my day was and not get asked what do I need help with. Worst experience ever and I do not recommend to any new patients. I will never go back!!

1 /5 Brionna Barrett: This place gets worse and worse as the days go by, I’ve called for the past few months trying to get my 12yr old a dental appointment that’s pushed all the way back to October which I don’t see how because it’s always completely empty. I’ve been showing up for the past few weeks early each morning to take her as a walk in and each time I go we get told something different. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IN HISTORY and that’s sad all because the employees either are lying or just don’t want to accept us as patients and we’ve been going here for years. With all the upgrades and updates you’d think they’d hire better and more caring nurses and front desk workers but no they are lazy and not worth a penny!!!

TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track (St. Petersburg 4th Street) - St. Petersburg Barbara Kim: I went to this location earlier today and, sure, the wait was a little long. This is understandable at an urgent care though and we should all understand that. More importantly, the quality of care was fantastic. I was seen by Kristin, one of the PAs at this location. She was amazing! She gave me a good checkup, told me what I needed, and did everything very speedily. Thank you to everyone working at this facility!

Dr. Kavita Rao, MD - St. Petersburg Diana Ruffer: Dr. Rao has been my primary care doctor for 20+ years and I am very pleased with both her and her entire staff. Everyone is friendly and attentive; she personally sees me on every visit (not a PA) and shows genuine interest in my health issues and recovery. Her bedside manner (along with that of the nurses and aids) is excellent and she takes the necessary time and steps to ensure I understand her care plans. She has helped me through numerous serious health issues, and I am still alive to this day (nearly 88) due to her dedication and support. A big Thank You to everyone in her office!

Dr. Sreelatha Tirupathi, MD - St. Petersburg Sreedhar Gajula: Dr. Tirupathi was thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and she explained my issue properly and in great detail.I felt she really listened to my worries, was really sensitive, and made me feel genuinely cared for by her and her team.I was delighted by Dr. Tirupathi’s knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition and outlining a clear treatment plan. She has a really warm demeanour, which put me at ease, and her staff was extremely welcome and helpful throughout my appointment.She is fantastic at following up and checking on how I am doing after my treatment. Also, I appreciate the reminder calls for forthcoming appointments.

Leana Oppenheim, DO - St. Petersburg Jayna Batton: Dr Oppenheim is the best! She takes her time to listen, comes up with a plan and makes sure you are in agreance with everything. She explains everything well and you can tell that she cares!

John S. Morrow, MD - St. Petersburg Travis Head: I came in for wax build in my ear, not only did they do a great job cleaning it out they offered a same day ear test. I usually have to wait weeks to get back in for a hearing test. Very friendly and tooth doctors took there time and explained everything they were doing to include the results of my hearing test. I would recommend Dr. Morrow and his team to anyone having hearing problems. Outstanding staff from the beginning to the end of the visit.
