Travis Head I came in for wax build in my ear, not only did they do a great job cleaning it out they offered a same day ear test. I usually have to wait weeks to get back in for a hearing test. Very friendly and tooth doctors took there time and explained everything they were doing to include the results of my hearing test. I would recommend Dr. Morrow and his team to anyone having hearing problems. Outstanding staff from the beginning to the end of the visit.

M L D Honestly, the only way he can improve is having longer hours for non AM people. My mother & x-bf (extensive tonsillectomy performed by Dr M) & I have been seeing him for decades. Without reservation, he is the best in our area of the states, maybe the country. His team: Nurse- Anne & Front Office- Coriña, absolutely Top Notch.

Sreedhar Gajula Dr. Tirupathi was thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and she explained my issue properly and in great detail.I felt she really listened to my worries, was really sensitive, and made me feel genuinely cared for by her and her team.I was delighted by Dr. Tirupathi’s knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition and outlining a clear treatment plan. She has a really warm demeanour, which put me at ease, and her staff was extremely welcome and helpful throughout my appointment.She is fantastic at following up and checking on how I am doing after my treatment. Also, I appreciate the reminder calls for forthcoming appointments.

Donna Bailey Palms of Pasadena Florida HCA was awesome when I brought my mom in for an appointment to have a MRI and swallow test. We were greeted immediately and escorted to the appropriate area to await her procedure. All representatives and medical staff were very kind and professional. The hospital is very clean and welcoming. Anyone passing us through the hallways always acknowledged us with a smile and hello. The technicians, nurses, and administrative staff were very kind and helpful. Her test results were available in a couple of days on the HealthOne portal. Thank you for always caring and exhibiting professionalism.

Carolyn Mauter My husband a knee replacement done on Jan 21, 2025. Due to the doctor being in an emergency surgery, we ended up in same day surgery for about 7 hours. We had a wonderful team of nurses. We would like to recognize Joanna, James, Valerie and Jamie, the director. They were fantastic taking care of my husband as well as our daughter.

C E Dr Cano is a good Dentist. I haven’t met the one that do the cleaning. Dr Cano is really patient with the patients. He takes his time because he wants to do a good job. He’s friendly with his patients. He’s really good and takes serious his job. I had a crown in my front teeth and came about two weeks. That was good. His assistants are wonderful. The place is always clean. I really recommend this place. They’ve all friendly. I like that. Today, I’m getting my second crown. He put the anesthesia and I didn’t feel anything. He can play some music if you want, while the teeth get numb. His assistant is really good on her job. Really professional. Don’t get full that she’s young. She knows her job and she makes sure that you’re comfortable and Dr Cano too. The rest of the place is really good. They have breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday at 11:30am and is really good. They also have activities during the week. They’re bilinguals, which is good. I’m satisfied with this place. They also have Dr Ramos. He’s a good Physician. He takes his time and listen to you. They have Labcorp in the Center, for lab which is a plus.. They have a Therapist. The people that come to this place are really friendly. They also have a Stylist. She’s really good. She does hair and pain your nails. You have to make an appointment though, but it’s worth it. They have Vans for transportation, which is good if you need to go to an appointment. I recommend this place.

Nickolaus Pacione The aspect I had to get used to; it was similar to working Remcor is that coming here I need an interpreter because its main language spoken Central American Spanish; some of the staff members are English-language speaking though if you are one of the groups raised with a house hold thats other than English you have to use Bing Translate or Google Translate to help with navigation. This doctors office is walking distance from me. I explained to Yandy how one of my cousins who is Italio-Puerto Rican heritage and myself who had a mix thats more common in Stockholm, Sweden than it is in Greater Chicago, Illinois. The language barrier is something that would create tension on NextDoor: St. Pete so thats something I would suggest Yandy getting on the network Writing.com because shes one of the dual-language speakers. The Hispanic in Chicago borrow from the other immigrant populations in terms of the sliding scale of optimistic and cynical; immigrant histories in Illinois sometimes do lead to something more cynical and in-depth. I would highly recommend this place especially if you have children because we know children don’t like to wait for anything, especially when they don’t feel well. Neither do adults!!! I appreciated their kindness and the Sincerity in which they cared for me!!!

The staff is always so kind and professionally personable. From security, to the front desk, to nurses, and doctors- everyone has always provided a pleasant experience and environment. Christine Downin My husband started using this office about 2 years ago and to be honest werent happy with the way we were treated at the front desk on our first visit. However we met with Claudia and really liked her. She was the ONLY reason we continued to go there. We met with Dr Varansi only once and NEVER wanted to meet with him again. Claudia has left the practice and we were going to try to go see a different PA but we didnt even get past the front desk once again. With the exception of maybe 1 of the front desk people ALL of them are rude. Today my husband was in line to check in and pay his co pay and had the glass shut in his face.l as if he wasnt even there. He sat down then tried going back up and the lady was very rude AGAIN and shut the glass in his face while proceeding to give him an extremely nasty glare. I went up opened the glass got our money and told her we were done with this office. Dont waste your time or money going there they are rude disrespectful and just plain ignorant. Not to mention the office smells horrible.

I’ve had the good, I’ve had the bad, and now I have the great. This team is extraordinary. Always willing to go above and beyond regarding my care and concerns. Gabbie has an absolute heart of gold. Listens and cares for her patients like our lives depend on it, which it does. I cannot explain my absolute appreciation for this practice.

mark birdsall I was brought in as a possible stroke patient. From the time I got there the team was ready and made me feel during a scary situation very comfortable and that I was in great hands. I instantly relaxed and they explained everything in detail so I would know every step they were taking to make me better. The hospital doctors,nurses and staff were so nice the whole time I was in the hospital. They all showed me how much they cared about my needs and they made sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the whole team you are my choice of hospital from this day forward.

Sarah S. Make sure you check what they are going to bill you and if they have ascertained medical coverage. They need to tell you exactly what is covered in the authorization you get from your insurance and exactly all they will do and charge. Be forewarned that they charge $1,015 for an office visit to your insurance which is well over what any insurance company permits. They also did an extra x-ray I didnt ask for (of another body part) without informing me first if it was covered in my insurance authorization. (It was not.) Because of these and other charges I ended up paying almost 50% more than the specialist rate Im supposed to pay with my insurance. Lastly, the doctor suggested gel injections but his team neglected to tell me that the cost is much more than just the injection medication. It also includes the office visits and other charges. Without that information I was not able to determine what was covered until speaking to another medical center and cross-walking it with my insurance company. Im used to doctors offices informing very clearly in advance what all the charges will be, what their codes are (if needed), and what is exactly covered under an authorization. These are things PMA should be able to correct and do.

I can never get ahold of a real person to schedule an appointment, no matter what number I press with the automated service. Barbara Kim I went to this location earlier today and, sure, the wait was a little long. This is understandable at an urgent care though and we should all understand that. More importantly, the quality of care was fantastic. I was seen by Kristin, one of the PAs at this location. She was amazing! She gave me a good checkup, told me what I needed, and did everything very speedily. Thank you to everyone working at this facility!

Nora Bell This team is an amazing. Every time I have been here it has been a great experience. I am saying thing as someone who also ends up there later in the evening. So the fact the team does so great always is iconic. I highly recommend. I just recently went in and remembered it was the same location I was at last year when I was nearly hospitalized. Last year I was living alone and no family and the team let me rest in the room I was in to make sure I didnt need further medical care. I was near my death bed and had no insurance. However the team was awesome and upfront with the costs. More than anything the ladies here are all so genuine and slay.

Kelly Klein From the time my husband and I arrived at triage to holding our newborn baby on my chest, about an hour and a half elapsed. That in mind, things progressed rather quickly for us and at times, it was a challenge to stay present. Luckily, that wasn’t too much of an issue because of how “on top of it” the staff at Baby Place was from start to finish. The triage nurses were efficient and encouraging, the labor and delivery nurses were so kind, professional and supportive and made sure I was able to fulfill my birth plan in its entirety. The mom baby nurses were attentive and engaging and took really good care of us and our baby. The lactation consultants were also so insightful and provided me with so many helpful tips to ensure that my goal of breastfeeding exclusively will be possible and so far, my breastfeeding experience has been awesome. We are home now and I feel nothing but satisfaction and appreciation when I reflect on my birth experience. If / when we decide to have a second child, there is no doubt in my mind that we will choose Baby Place again.

Minnie Tisdale This Hospital is the BEST, with experienced doctors, knowledgeable staff, ALL providing EXTRAORDINARY care, showing love, and empathy with the best bedside manners. In 2010, My daughter was born premature at 2.5lbs, 29weeks. She spent 6weeks in the NICU. I just cant say enough about the care she received and thank God for the Doctors and Nursing staff that cared for her. Shes 14 years old now, smart, strong and thriving!!! Emily Walton Came in for diagnostic mammogram, dexascan and ultrasound at the Breast Center. I have been having mammograms here for many years so the ladies here are like old friends. They are friendly, compassionate and very good at putting patients at ease. But they are professional and skilled at what they do. Keep up the great work ladies! As a side note, registration has always been easy and pleasant to deal with! Thanks! As I was having my ultrasound, there were a couple of young student nurses in the room. They were very polite and I would love to congratulate them on their graduation!

george wright I recently moved from Colorado to Florida, and I was experiencing a major medical issue. On the advice of my daughter, a nurse who lives in Baltimore, I went into the St. Petersburg General Hospital Emergency Room. I was tremendously impressed with the facility, the professionalism and efficiency of the staff, and the way I was treated with kindness and caring attitudes. This experience exceeded all my expectations, and I very much appreciated everyone involved including Greg, the initial lobby contact, and Casey, the wonderful nurse practitioner. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone seeking immediate medical attention.

Sandra Blaisdell Many of the nurses and staff havd been wonderful some of them that really stood out to me were Luz and Pat. Luz is such a hard worker and was so gentle and kind and Pat would go out of her way to take care of me. My physical therapist Kerry has been my real hero taking me throughout the whole hospital and helping get stronger. The respiratory therapist really helped me stabilize my breathing. Im very appreciative of all the staff that took good care of me.
