1 /5 Megan Fenn: I called to schedule a new patient appointment and apparently it is the office policy that you have go to the office to pick up a packet to fill out and bring back before they even allow you to make an appointment because they need to "check your insurance" which I was told the cant do I guess. They also didnt hesitate to tell me they dont rx pain meds. Um not everyone is searching for that. Im not going to jump thru hoops to become a patient. Crazy.

2 /5 Ashley Williams: The staff is nice, especially Brandon and the others on front desk. However, from my experience, the medical assistants and doctors are NOT good with communication. If they were to call you, they don’t tell the reasoning for the call over voicemail. It can be 3 seconds ago that they have called and you call them back but can not reach them! I’m not saying that they don’t care for your health but they are slow with giving results (test, medication) and answering any questions. Hope this helps.

1 /5 Scottieflip24: My experience with this doctors office is horrible to say the least. The staff is rude and unorganized giving out conflicting information to its patients regarding medication and upcoming appointments. Being a type 1 diabetic and life long asthma sufferer, my doctor refused to refill a life saving drug over having to wait one day for my appointment. When a doctors office is that cold towards its patients its time to find another doctor! Beware!!

1 /5 Harry B Morton III: This practice has the worst staff on the face of this earth! They are worse than rude and disrespectful! Dr Ochoa should replace the entire staff or maybe his staff is a reflection of him and the care that he gives! I would give 5 negative stars if I could!
