On a visit do Dr Surber for an IV, she had a very candid talk with him and turned him around. I dont know of any doctor that would care and take the time to talk with a patient like she did. He is doing wonderfully, thanks to her.

I arrived checked in buy a very professional receptionist and was taken back by the nurse that was very friendly, personable and professional. Dr Holmes was very detailed and spent plenty of time to understand all my medical issues. When I was leaving both his nurse and Dr Holmes assisted me out to my vehicle and even loaded my wheelchair into my vehicle for me. In all my years of going to medical providers I never encountered a medical team that treated me like a human and spoke to me with dignity and respect. Just amazing its all I can say just amazing. Jesse Lengefeld: I brought two of my kids to the office both tested positive for the flu. Two days later my other child came down with the flu as well. I called the office to have a doctor write another Tamiflu script but was denied the medicine unless I brought my child there to be observed. Unfortunately this office can’t use common sense and just wants to bill your insurance again. I took her to an urgent care and they said they didn’t have to test her based on her symptoms, I had them do it anyway and she of course was positive.

linda halbritter: I see Dr. Bataille in the Port St. John office. He and his staff go out of their way to make you feel safe and comfortable. I have several painful conditions due to a serious car accident, and I feel confident allowing Dr. Bataille to inject a needle in my neck, shoulder or knees. As much as I dont like it, they go out of their way to keep me calm. Yes, they work for a big corporation and occasionally they might be short staffed, but it is well worth any inconvenience to receive great health care. I highly recommend Dr. Bataille and his staff.
