I was brushed off by the staff and it made me feel that my healthcare is unimportant to them.

The Florida Department of Health in Brevard County - Melbourne Tina Van Dine: The lack of communication, being lied to and the incompetency is why I will never come back to this clinic. I spoke with a nurse who said they could see me after I got off work, knowing what time I got off work. I was here eleven minutes later and all of the nurses had already left. After I have been trying to reach them for 4 days just to be told someone will call me back which never happened. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told to come back in the morning and try again.

They listened to my concerns, addressed my concerns in a timely, and professional manner. I went in with my toddler son (well mannered) and the staff made him feel welcomed.
