5 /5 Kathleen Heinzelman: Wow! I am so grateful I found this dentist.
1. Tells you the truth of what you need done for good healthy teeth. (I’ve had another dentist try to oversell me a 10k estimate, that had to be done as “an investment for my future”). Dr. Hosner gave a thorough exam and explained what was necessary. His estimate in total for what I needed was $830!!! No hidden extra work that wasn’t included. Everything clearly printed out.
2. The Dental Hygienist was remarkably gentle and attentive to my comfort. If she was any more caring she would literally have a halo. Answered any questions with patience.
3. The office staff is so kind and understanding. I kept messing up my appointments, I’m ashamed to admit. They still remained kind, compassionate and treated me with dignity and respect.
4. This was like stepping back in time, when the medical treatments were humane and not corporate. I felt like I was a fellow human being, sharing time with others - in this case lovely, professional and compassionate office.
5. When I went in on the wrong day they were able to fit me in.
6. I can’t say it enough, The entire staff are the most considerate, caring and professional
