5 /5 Claire Livaditis: My experience at 1Oak Dentistry was great! I went for the first time there to get a clean-up and routinely check-up on my teeth. The dental hygienist who saw me did an amazing job (I forgot her name but she has a Latin accent). My dentist was great too, I forgot who I had but he seemed like he was Latin as well. Already made an appointment to go back again in 6 months. There was a really cute little dog too who prances around the office.

I sincerely appreciate Jackie and Dr. Marc for taking the time to answer all my questions during my initial new patient visit and cleaning. Jackie took the time to discuss the importance of oral cancer screening - even in non-smokers and was able to do the exam following my cleaning. I can’t believe the time and attention this practice gives to all patients who walk through their doors. Thank you for the TLC and amazing customer service, 1Oak!!!

5 /5 S R: Absolutely fantastic dentist. Definitely a totally different experience than your typical dentist. First the office is beautiful, it smells sooo good inside and they have a little dog running around greeting people. I personally saw Dr Marc. Absolutely the nicest doctor you could ever ask for. He took his time and explained everything to me but in a way that it made me feel extremely comfortable, I promise you will not be disappointed. Ok I am adding to my review. I just got home from getting my teeth deep cleaned because I HATE going to the dentist !!!! And I had ALOT of tartar buildup, But let me tell you something. You absolutely have to go and ask if Lianne can be your dental hygienist, she is soooooooo patient. At first I had to get the numbing shot which sucked sooo much so instead she was super cool about it she just used two different types of topical jelly and it worked pretty good. She just had a way of making me feel like it was ok because trust me I was being a huge man baby. I absolutely recommend this place and Lianne if you need to go to the dentist.

To my surprise, I was able to have my consult right away, and was brought into the room, sat in the chair, and a few minutes later I was getting xrays done. Everyone in this office was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, informative, answered all my questions, very caring and personable. Was a delightful experience and I highly recommend!!

I have had ongoing dental care at this office for the past year and the staff and the doctor feel like family. They have done great work and they ensure their work is done well. They really do care about their patients and it is evident. They even helped me appeal my insurance, when initially my prior authorization was denied, the insurance approved the plan after the appeal was filed.

James Fox: Avoid this place at all costs! They are the most unprofessional most rude staff I think I have ever met! They won’t cancel the appointment until after you make it to the appointment and find out that you don’t have one! The boss even sticks up for them and their lazy work ethic! The dentist will tell you that your kid needs more than they need to get money out of you or the Insurance. The paperwork from Broadway dental is totally different compared to the surgery center. We are definitely going to find someone else that accepts Medicaid! Please take my advice and stay clear from this place at all costs please!

Dave Deibler: Beware! I made an appointment for a routine cleaning and checkup. The first thing they did was take me back for x-rays … never had so many x-rays at a dentist office in my entire life and I’m 66 years old. I was then brought back for what I thought would be a standard cleaning however that never happened. Instead the hygienist just took measurements of my gum line and then the dentist told me that rather than a standard cleaning I would need a special cleaning due to receding gum line … I have gone to the dentist twice a year my entire life and was never told I needed a special (and very costly) cleaning. They then told me that my insurance would not cover the entire cost and I would have to pay almost $400 out of pocket. I declined this cleaning and was told they’d get with my insurance company and try to get the cost covered … promised to get back to me in one or two days (which never happened). Eventually I received a bill for my $40 deductible and showed the charges for x-rays to be $1,750 … and I only have $2,500 coverage for the entire year. All this cost and never even had my teeth cleaned! Lesson learned … find another dental office!
