1 /5 Crystal Hampton: I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for years. She then drops me as a patient out of the blue while needing a thyroid prescription refilled because I saw another Physician for weight-loss. I went to this other office for that because she made me feel horrible when I enquired with her about it. She stated that office is also primary care so she will no longer see me since I went there. She literally left me hanging after lab work with no thyroid prescription refill. What kind of Physician does that? Apparently one that doesnt care about my health. Ill gladly switch. Good riddance!

5 /5 P. Short: My entire adult family has been going to Dr Patel for over 20 years. She has taken exceptionally good care of us and we are all very confident in her approach to medical care. She is thoughtful, explores all angles, explains your situation and gives multiple options for treatment, allows the patient to be involved. Dr Patel takes her time to answer all questions, never rushing through. She even helps you with your insurance company, trying to make sure she is not going to break your bank to get proper care. She is also the only doctor I know that will actually call your insurance company and fight for you. In a pinch I like NP Pauline, and other family members see NP Debra Jackson,, but Dr Patel is who I ask for every time.

1 /5 Elle W: I had been a patient with Dr. Patel and her husband who she referred me to for gastroenterology. Needless to say they both have the same bed side manner. They can’t be bothered, lack concern, only see you as a dollar sign. They are mostly concerned with revolving door patients to make the money. Kirti and yes, I used her first name as I have no respect for her as a physician. She was busy trying to make more money and decided to do vein therapy in her office and bought a machine. I was left with 4th degree burns/permanent scars on my lower extremity and hospitalized by her to never received an apology. She needs to retire from practicing medicine as she lost the true focus of caring for patients.

5 /5 Sandy Smith: Dr Patel is my family doctor. What doctors still do hospital visits? She does. I had hip surgery in which she is not my doctor for the procedure but she still made a point to come visit me in the hospital. When Ive shared issues at my appointment, she makes sure she covers all my concerns with thorough testing and/or her knowledge.

5 /5 Kelly Curtis: I was referred to her from my knee surgeon, so today was my first visit. She was personable, professional and appeared genuinely interested in me. She even inquired regarding some questions that were never asked before, so I walked away with a high degree on confidence with her skill. Never did I feel rushed and her staff were equally delightful. I would recommend her to anyone.

Bayside Emergency Physicians - St. Petersburg Robert Bradley: It’s easy to understand why Bayside Emergency Physicians has a low rating of 1.5 stars. I had a straightforward emergency room visit at St. Anthony’s in September 2023. However, 16 months later, I discovered that Bayside failed to submit my insurance claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield on time. After months of trying to resolve the issue through phone calls, I learned that Blue Cross denied the claim because Baysides third-party billing professionals in the Philippines filed it too late. I only learned about the denied claim when it negatively impacted my credit report. Unfortunately, I have been unable to repair my credit, and the billing account supervisor at Bayside has not followed up as promised. During my fourth call today, the Bayside Emergency Physicians billing department informed me they would request payment from Blue Cross for this bill. Their lack of follow-up and interest in my situation has harmed me, but it has also affected their company, which will not get paid due to their poor business practices.

Dr. Ajay Varanasi | Florida Endocrinology and Diabetes Center | St Petersburg, FL - St. Petersburg Christine Downin: My husband started using this office about 2 years ago and to be honest werent happy with the way we were treated at the front desk on our first visit. However we met with Claudia and really liked her. She was the ONLY reason we continued to go there. We met with Dr Varansi only once and NEVER wanted to meet with him again. Claudia has left the practice and we were going to try to go see a different PA but we didnt even get past the front desk once again. With the exception of maybe 1 of the front desk people ALL of them are rude. Today my husband was in line to check in and pay his co pay and had the glass shut in his face.l as if he wasnt even there. He sat down then tried going back up and the lady was very rude AGAIN and shut the glass in his face while proceeding to give him an extremely nasty glare. I went up opened the glass got our money and told her we were done with this office. Dont waste your time or money going there they are rude disrespectful and just plain ignorant. Not to mention the office smells horrible.

GuideWell Emergency Doctors - St. Petersburg Brandon: I randomly fell taking out my trash in the rain and fractured two of my ribs. I live down the way from GuideWell in St. Pete. From the online booking platform, to adding everything beforehand, and customer service when you walk in is AMAZING. Dr. Natalie is one of the most caring people I have ever met. 100% recommend GuideWell! Wonderful company. Thank you : )

Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health - Neuroscience - St. Petersburg Emanuela Colafranceschi: My dad stayed for a month at the 3rd floor of the Neurology section of this hospital and I cant thank enough the whole crew of nurses, assistants, doctors and nurse practitioners that help me and my dad through this though time. AllCare Clinic - St. Petersburg stephanie bartolotta: This was my first time seeing Dr. Clark and going to his office The office was lovely. The staff were so nice and professional. Dr. Clark spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing past surgeries and any current complaints that I’ve had. He was very concerned and offered up opinions on labs that have been drawn by other physicians. I have been looking for a new doctor because my, Dr. Lefebvre Is retiring. It’s been very difficult finding a new physician, but I do believe that this is the one I will use

Bayfront Health St. Petersburg Medical Group Family Medicine - St. Petersburg Whitney Evans: Dr. Levoy and Dr. Franco are hands down the best in the city, their staff deserves a resounding round of applause (and so much more). Even the visiting staff that I had the extreme pleasure of being attended to by today. Clean, sanitized, intelligent, professional, helpful, fun, funny, good humored. I simply cannot say enough good things about this establishment. We were recommended by friends over a year ago and could not even begin to imagine going anywhere else! The most attentive and respectful professionals I’ve ever had the pleasure of being seen by. GO SEE THEM. End of story.

Florida Family Primary Care Centers of Pinellas - Pinellas Park Michael Bitler: Do not recommend. Update. 03/27/2024 still a horrendous experience. More like a comedy club. You pay to wait for hours while they eat lunch and cant get scheduling correct. Dont try to call. No. You end up talking to a call center in Miami. Walk in. Yeah, now they want to do teledoc. Well, thats a farse too. Waiting hours now. Walked back in since I cant call. Woops. Theres another emergency... Every time. They cant keep DRs here. The "Office manager" yeah. Its all a joke. Yeah. What can I say. They tanked after the buyout. Call center is frustrating. No callbacks, no answer most of the time. Communication is dismal. Messages left on answering machines from them are incomplete. Identifying as "Clinical Care" as the business name. No clue who they are presently. Told medications in person will be ordered immediately. By the time we get home, pharmacy confirms nothing ordered. Not the first time this has occurred. Says "Walk ins Welcome!" On the door. Yep, nope. No way. Discharged from a hospital?.... No problem! Just make your appointment for a few weeks out. No, not the 3 days or less the hospital recommends. Yeah, make that 5 weeks now I am finally getting an appointment. Bacterial infection!? They take care of those too! 3 weeks after the fact. Whats the point of a DR office when you cant have your illnesses and concerns addressed in a timely fashion? Seven years my family and I have been going here. Treated like a new patient each time we show up with the large turnover of staff they have here. My son was denied service due to him turning 18. He has to be a new client and they are full I was told. We came in after his 18th as they had scheduled us to. Lets not forget the hurry up and wait policy. Show up early, wait hours to be seen. Show up on time, they reschedule you another day. Show up late, yeah. Dont do that. They try to schedule you out past 6-8 weeks or make you wait an additional hour. Then tell you the DR is gone for the day and reschedule you anyways. Do not recommend.

HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital Emergency Room - St. Petersburg Diana Harris: It was awful. Nobody seemed to care. It was all about getting me out of there. The attending nurse seemed uncaring. I was brought to the lobby and when I needed assistance I was instructed to wave my arms. I could have done jumping Jacks and still no response. I wasnt sure if I released or not. Very poor patient care. I will find another hospital. Thanks for nothing but a large bill.
