I moved here from NJ about 2 years ago and needed a primary care doctor. I setup an appointment with her and she has been my doctor ever since. She is helping me become a healthier person. Ive been to many doctors in my life and she is by far my favorite.

5 /5 Melanie Truman: Dr Talton is a fantastic doctor, spends time addressing my questions and concerns (even when Ive been a bit obtuse about understanding a diagnosis) and is open minded with regards to working with our eastern medicine doctor. Her administrative assistant is very nice and polite making it no longer a chore to call the doctors office. It is so nice not to hear, "If this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911. To leave a message for the nurse, please dial 2...!" You call and speak to a real person right away, no recorded messages! I highly recommend Dr Talton and her direct primary care practice!

Cleveland Clinic Imaging - Stuart Austin Skumanich: I have a lot of bad experiences with businesses all the time, and I try to let them go. So for me to be a bad review, its gotta be terrible. And Cleveland Clinic is terrible from the ground up. I think its hilarious too that each department as its own Google business listing to obfuscate these terrible reviews. Long story short, Ive left bad reviews for Cleveland Clinic in the past for a wide variety of issues, but more recently it has been over billing. As in being told by their employees that they take my insurance, or not disclosing fees, or their billing departments garbage customer service. I really cant say enough terrible things about Cleveland Clinic. Its always something with this organization, and it doesnt matter where you go. Terrible attitudes from employees, disrespectful employees, long waits for no reason, lack of urgency. And its not just me, its my grandfather AND my grandmother could write essays about the awful treatment (medical) they received, constant mistakes and errors and delays associated with that, and generally horrible and arrogant behavior from the staff. The list goes on and on and on.The experience is across the board which leads me to believe they hold seminars about how to make their patients miserable. So, do yourself a favor; go LITERALLY anywhere else but these people. I will probably post this same post on every single business listing from Cleveland Clinic in this town. These people should be ashamed, but they are all heartless.

Baptist Health South Miami Hospital - Miami Alessandra Visconti Gonzalez: From registration to the nurses, and doctors who cared for me for my surgical procedure, they were all so soothing and wonderful! No anxiety because I felt safe and so cared for. Gave birth to all three of my babies there over 25 years ago. South Miami Hospital is top notch. Grateful to everyone who cared for me. Especially my new uro- gynecologist, Dr. Rafael Perez!!! He sent me home sans feeling any pain from my surgery! Dr. Rafael Perez was Very highly recommended to me and I am highly recommending him to anyone else interested in finding a specialist for all gynecological needs. Also, very good bedside manners as well!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The nurses were all so sweet, insightful, and attentive—they truly made me feel cared for every step of the way. My delivery went so smoothly thanks to their expertise and kindness, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team by my side. On top of the amazing care, the food was delicious! It felt like I was being pampered the entire time. Every detail was thought out to ensure I was comfortable and supported. I can’t thank the staff enough for making this such a positive and memorable experience. If you’re considering where to deliver, I cannot recommend Mercy Hospital enough! Five stars all the way!

I had an exceptional experience at Baptist health Doctors Hospital in Miami. While traveling from California to Key West, i suddenly felt hill with a fever, headache and chills. After checking reviews, my daughter and i decided to go to this hospital, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the moment I arrived, I was taken in without any delay and placed in a clean well-equipped room. The medical team wasted no time running various tests, and I immediately felt well cared for by a team of professionals. The doctors a nurses, all in their 30s and early 40s, were not only highly skilled but also compassionate and attentive. The level of service was outstanding-efficient, thorough, and caring. Within three hours, I left the hospital fever-free and feeling significantly better. The prompt and effective treatment made all the difference. This is, without a doubt, the best hospital i have ever been to. If I ever need medical care in Miami again, i wouldnt hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

Baptist Health South Florida - Miami Simona Aquaro: In the past few days I had the “pleasure” to visit the Baptist three times. First two times in homestead the other one on Kendal drive. I came in for an emergency! That’s why I went to the ER and not in the waiting room of a doctor. I spent so many hours in the ER without no reasons. Today I’m still at the hospital. Came in at 11 am. They only did one blood test around 12 pm. After that I’ve been just waiting and waiting for one simple medication. It is now 8 pm and nothing. No nurse know anything!!! They all seem that they don’t know shit! I don’t even know what’s their job here. Walking around taking blood pressure I guess! It is ridiculous waiting so long since I came in for an EMERGENCY!!!!! What kind of emergency have you wait a full day?????? What happens if I get worse while waiting???? Who do I sue??? This is just ridiculous!!! Don’t ever come for emergency to the Baptist!

Miami VA Medical Center - Miami brandyn richardson: This is not a single experience, it’s an ongoing trend. If you are trying to get in contact with anyone over the phone, god speed. Spent the last 3 hours being transferred around to everyone but the individuals I needed. If you press 0 they offer little to no help and everyone else leaves you on hold until you hang up and call again. You have better luck going in person to get anything done. No only that but when you wait two months for a video appointment the individual does not show up, your appointment will get rescheduled without notice to you, and then you only find out that it was rescheduled when the appointment was canceled.
