5 /5 Julia Francisco-Simoes: Absolutely incredible experience at Mercy Hospital for labor, delivery, and postpartum care! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The nurses were all so sweet, insightful, and attentive—they truly made me feel cared for every step of the way. My delivery went so smoothly thanks to their expertise and kindness, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team by my side. On top of the amazing care, the food was delicious! It felt like I was being pampered the entire time. Every detail was thought out to ensure I was comfortable and supported. I can’t thank the staff enough for making this such a positive and memorable experience. If you’re considering where to deliver, I cannot recommend Mercy Hospital enough! Five stars all the way!

5 /5 Rick: My Wife & I welcome a newborn a week and a half ago. Great Help All the staff was. Checked us right in early over the weekend. Delivery floor was very clean and nurses were very attentive! There was bonding time with your baby and a private room. There was no baby nursery, the moment my baby was born she was always near. She only left once for one test which I do feel I wanted to be more apart of but overall just excellent bedside manner and they answered any questions we had. Special Special thanks to all the nurses that helped on those days. Really sorry that I cant remember the midwife that actually checks the baby on delivery she was excellent. Also Janet, Bailey who was great, and and also Mrs. Marie! who gave us great comfort as well. My wife sends great gratitude to you all as well. Thank you again.

5 /5 cirley alba: The staff is generally very friendly, the facilities are excellent, clean, and have everything necessary to not only provide excellent health services but also to make patients feel comfortable and safe. The view from the rooms is spectacular, but it’s just a minor detail compared to the excellent service from the medical staff. I want to give special congratulations to the nursing staff. Details like the meal menu, mommy snacks, and the celebration lunch make recovery more pleasant. Overall, my experience was very good—excellent service, very good facilities, and an excellent medical team!

5 /5 Willy Silva: I’d like to recognize Dr. Llanes and RN Lauren for their exceptional work. My wife and delivered our first baby and for anyone, this is an emotional roller coaster. Dr. Planes and Lauren were constantly supporting us, making us feel better, and going the extra mile to ensure we had a great delivery. I honestly couldn’t imagine having a better experience. THANK YOU for loving your work, caring for us, and thank you for your professionalism, you both deserve the world and more. 5 stars and will recommend to all my future parents.
