1 /5 brandyn richardson: This is not a single experience, it’s an ongoing trend. If you are trying to get in contact with anyone over the phone, god speed. Spent the last 3 hours being transferred around to everyone but the individuals I needed. If you press 0 they offer little to no help and everyone else leaves you on hold until you hang up and call again. You have better luck going in person to get anything done. No only that but when you wait two months for a video appointment the individual does not show up, your appointment will get rescheduled without notice to you, and then you only find out that it was rescheduled when the appointment was canceled. 1 /5 David Ruiz: Don’t bother going here if you have 100%. Came in for having 250/210 and still in hypertension 2 with 8/10 stomach pain, blurred vision, severe headache, nausea and severe sweating. I went up and asked the staff who was conducting the Vital signs, after waiting for a good while on why I haven’t been seen yet after coming to ER and saw others who came after me get seen before me. They are laughing, ox3 and with none of my above issues other than being in hypertension 1, nor in visible pain. My issue arises with him telling me after I brought up my complaint nicely. “This isn’t a walk in clinic, we serve based on severity and you sir aren’t in the pain nor severity to be seen yet” Amazing patient care!

3 /5 Jmm “FLXRCISE”: If youre living nearby, its a great facility to have at hand. I have to travel 40+ miles each way in mood-altering traffic, and pray for a parking space. My last visit was quick & efficient, even with an unscheduled stop in a different department. Sometimes I will find myself in a crowded waiting room for hours...depends what youre there for, I suppose. Coming from northwest Broward, I have to figure on a whole workday missed for ANY reluctantly accepted appointment here. But the staff are usually friendly and helpful--I would STILL be trying to find the office I needed without their assistance. Nurse, janitor, clerical, surgeon, cafeteria worker--doesnt matter. Someone will have a moment to send me where I need to be.

5 /5 Mervin Lansangan: I had a procedure done in VMC. I would like to recognized Dr Hoit & the Pulmonary team, RN Marie & the staff of Ambulatory Center, RN Hombrock? & staff of Anesthesia, & RN Dalisay of Recovery Unit. All of them were all professionals & were very accomodating. Took good care of me before & after the procedure. Thank you all very much.
