I booked a call with them for my vehicle and the process was informative, up front and professional. I called and made a minor change to the list of things I would like for them to diagnose or check out, I immediately got a call back and confirmation that it was added to the ticket. Good Stuff!
Update, today was the day that we had scheduled my repair and it went completely flawless. Karen called me and discussed with me about a small issue that I had asked them to take a look at. She described what they found and gave me the additional cost. Of course, I asked them to make the repair. When arrived at 5 o’clock to pick up my vehicle the owner Shane, went out of his way to come up to me and explain exactly what he did and made me feel extremely comfortable about the work that was performed. I give this experience and Company an A+
