Texted my issue at 10 pm and got phone response and appt by 8am the next morning. Paperwork was done thru portal. Receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist were cordial and efficient. I would recommend this group for any dental situation or emergency.

Florida Dental Centers of Bradenton - Bradenton Dawn Semones: I brought my 92 year old Mother to her cleaning appointment originally scheduled at 1:15 pm. My cleaning was scheduled for 2:45 pm. We arrived early. Checked in. Waited and waited and waited. After multiple inquiries about her appointment time, confusion from several staff and a snotty reply from girl who later checked me out we were told it wasn’t until 2:45 pm. She never got a phone call about the change. We had planned on doing something between our appointments, but by the time we were informed of her time we didn’t have time to leave and come back. No one in the front office apologized or seemed deeply concerned about us waiting almost 2 hours for her appointment. They blamed it on “corporate”. Their changes to this new model are not good. Michele is wonderful. Hygienist are great. Front staff seems disorganized and rude.

Bradenton Complete Dentistry - Bradenton Amanda Chambers: Everything about this experience was amazing! From booking the appointment, to meeting the staff. Everyone was so nice. Jessica the office manager was so supportive and kind and helpful with some financial assistance. Dr. Boutsikos was so gentle and caring. Lisa who took care of my first cleaning was amazing. I can honestly say, this was one of my most pleasant experiences at a dental office in many years. Don’t hesitate to come to this location. I highly recommend it.
Manatee Dental At College Plaza - Bradenton Barry Tseng: This dental group is NOT to be trusted. Twice now, once for myself and once for my spouse, we have been encouraged to have a crown put on a tooth. We were given a price (with insurance) and paid our share. Two months later they are unable to have the claim processed through insurance and we are left to pay that part as well. We are now out more than $1,000 dollars total for the incompetence of their billing department. They refuse to rebill the insurance and demand payment or face collection. Beware of using this office or dental group.
Response to the owner - I HAVE reached out ... SEVERAL times!! The person to speak with is always unavailable and will return the call. THEY DO NOT!! The receptionist is extremely rude and will not listen to any request, just a mechanical repeat "Whats the best time to call you." I just want to speak with the billing manager of the office and they will not accept or answer any calls!!
