4 /5 Birch Sears: Im writing under my husbands name but my name is Caroline M and I came to see Dr Ahmad for the first time 9 days ago. I came from a doctor who couldnt care less about me. Dr Ahmad was very nice and thorough. It was a breath of fresh air. The office staff were nice. Ali the assistant who took the notes and vitals was a very pleasant, caring young man. It is an older building but you dont need a fancy office to experience good care. There is a Waffle House right next door to shelter from the heat and have a coffee if you are waiting for them to open after lunch. I hope to continue coming here as they treat people right.

1 /5 Ice Queen: Wish I could give 0 stars. Front desk does not pick up the phone or return calls. I have in the past relentlessly called multiple times everyday they are open and have left countless voicemails. Aside from lack of professionalism, the office itself is questionable and seems more like somewhere you’d sell illicit substances out of than a doctors office. Dirty. Unprofessional. Unable to reach. Find somewhere else who actually cares about your health.

1 /5 Fauzia Khan: Whenever ask to refill the medicine, they ask the doctor to make an appointment and pay the fee, then he will give the medicine, and when you ask the doctor, he says yes, yes, I must refill once. will , and when you call, the call will be answered. dont do

5 /5 Renee Bowman: So far as a fairly new patient I am impressed. Tiny office but very clean and sanitary. Well run and managed by very professional and friendly staff. I have had many doctors over the years and all just wanted to prescribe pills after you spend 30-60 minutes waiting in the lobby with an appointment then another 30-45 minutes in their exam room only to be rushed out and scripts ordered. Not this Doctor. Thank-you Doctor.

5 /5 Nicole Kasey: Dr. Ahmad is a wonderful doctor. He actually listens to your concerns and treats you like a human being, doesnt dismiss your complaints, and never rushes me. They take walk-ins if you did have time to make an appointment. He and his staff are kind and do everything they can to help you. I forgot some important papers and his staff called me immediately before i drove too far. The nurses will also let you know you when the doctor is expected to be in so you can be in which is awesome so you can plan accordingly. I personally have never waited more then 15/20 mins to be seen and that was as a walk-in. I have been going to his office for years and will continue as long as possible. Great job Dr. Ahmad and staff!

Gabriel Gemayel, MD - West Palm Beach Margaret Butler: I have been with Dr Gemayel for several years and have had no issues except for the last year and a half you can never get a quick appt if you are not feeling well and need to get in It’s always like a month out to make an appt . My husband also goes here and has the same issue and also has written questions and or concerns in the portal and no answer . I think this office has taken to many people now and they don’t have the time for you . We are thinking about looking into finding a practice that has the time and staff to help the patients if right away if needed . We do like Dr.Gemayel he is a great Doctor but I think they are taking on so many now that their established patients come last .

Dr S, gave me a script for PT and gave me a cortisone shot. I went religiously to PT and my shoulder has never been better. I appreciate his expertise, bedside manner and the fact that his first thought was NOT to immediately send me under the knife. I am now able to play tennis & golf with full range of motion. Dr Moya Martin Family Practice - West Palm Beach Eric Welling: Im a new patient and have had a couple of visits with Dr Martin. She and her staff have been nothing short of phenomenal. It was obvious right away that she really cares and wants to help people. You never know how things will go when you have to get a new healthcare provider, but Dr Martin and her staff really made me feel comfortable and cared for.

I had a very positive surgical experience and-outcome. I had very good care during my overnight hospital stay, and every step of my recovery went just as Dr Grabel described it would. Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center - Palm Beach Gardens Jaimee Guest: From the time I walked in and checked in with April to when I was taken back where I had Dr. Joesph Oliva as my Doctor and the two very caring and Amazing Nurses Camila and Hannah my experience was amazing! I work in Healthcare myself so I know how hard it is sometimes going to a place and not feeling heard. I felt like they truly care about thier Patients and it shows! Dr. Kenneth D. Sohn, MD - West Palm Beach mh h: Warning! Make sure you check with your pharmacist or second opinion medical professional that whatever prescription youre given, it is safe to combine with other medications. Always ask about any counter indications and possible side effects. Kennys mind changed when I mentioned that the drug manufacturer specifically said that his suggestion was not a good call and may have counter effects. He practically cried one day when commenting that he wasnt making enough money by his patients. This was not the day I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes when he came in through the front door. He smiled at me and said that he “had to get his morning coffee!” No apology for lateness or, for that matter, a half- a**** (my opinion) examination. The incompetency of his staff might explain the miscommunication and turn over. On paper he looks good. I think the reality is the opposite although if you need minimal service or dialogue, he might fit the bill.
