3 /5 Margaret Butler: I have been with Dr Gemayel for several years and have had no issues except for the last year and a half you can never get a quick appt if you are not feeling well and need to get in It’s always like a month out to make an appt . My husband also goes here and has the same issue and also has written questions and or concerns in the portal and no answer . I think this office has taken to many people now and they don’t have the time for you . We are thinking about looking into finding a practice that has the time and staff to help the patients if right away if needed . We do like Dr.Gemayel he is a great Doctor but I think they are taking on so many now that their established patients come last .

The doctor reviewed the report diligently, listened attentively to concerns and provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan. However, the waiting time was acceptable.

5 /5 Eliza Hansen: Dr. Gemeyal is a fantastic doctor, he cares for both my husband and myself. He has a wonderful beside manner and is extremely down to earth. He is not afraid to ask hard questions, and does so in a frank and sincere manner. His staff is wonderful. I never leave his office wondering about any follow ups required, next steps in care/treatment, nor do I ever feel like I don’t understand a prognosis or health situation. We love his nurse practitioner as well and am happy to see her when he is unavailable for a last minute appointment or general follow up. I highly recommend him as your GP.

Zachary J. Grabel, MD - West Palm Beach debbie driscoll: I cannot recommend Dr Grabel and his staff enough! The practice is run with competence, convenience and common sense. I had a very positive surgical experience and-outcome. I had very good care during my overnight hospital stay, and every step of my recovery went just as Dr Grabel described it would. Overall a very positive experience from scheduling convenience to medical care.

Dr. Kenneth D. Sohn, MD - West Palm Beach mh h: Warning! Make sure you check with your pharmacist or second opinion medical professional that whatever prescription youre given, it is safe to combine with other medications. Always ask about any counter indications and possible side effects. Kennys mind changed when I mentioned that the drug manufacturer specifically said that his suggestion was not a good call and may have counter effects. He practically cried one day when commenting that he wasnt making enough money by his patients. This was not the day I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes when he came in through the front door. He smiled at me and said that he “had to get his morning coffee!” No apology for lateness or, for that matter, a half- a**** (my opinion) examination. The incompetency of his staff might explain the miscommunication and turn over. On paper he looks good. I think the reality is the opposite although if you need minimal service or dialogue, he might fit the bill.

I had to reschedule several times due to illness, working full time and having a four year old child (Dr. Cavalaris was the obgyn who delivered him). I never didn’t show up. Always called in advance. I was never told I was going to be dropped as a patient for having to reschedule. They cancelled on me several times before but I guess that’s okay. I really don’t understand how after 6 years as a patient they only let me know they won’t see me anymore when I call to make an appointment. Nobody ever told me any of this in advance when I had to reschedule. I don’t understand this poor treatment of a patient. Thank you for your lack of support of women that are trying to multitask and at the same time take care of themselves. I really loved the doctors in this practice and now I have to rush to find another one when it was never my intention…
