Dr. Janzs staff always answer the phone immediately with no complicated phone menus. We normally are able to see the doctor the same day. Dr. Janz answers the phone personally on weekends. Dr. Janz is very caring, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. The personal care, attention, and service we receive is well worth the cost of the MDVIP program.

Dr. Janz is always available whenever I am having a medical question or illness. He answers the phone any time of day . When I fell ill in Europe my husband called him with my symptoms. Dr. Janz told me what to tell the Spanish doctor the meds and treatment i needed. Best doctor ever !!!!

Sabrina Salt: Horrible Drs office!! I am 14 weeks pregnant, already an established patient and they refuse to give me a referral to an OBGYN! They claim the reason was for a "no show" appointment that I never knew about and never got notified of. They claim that appointment was in July and was to go over some lab work I did. Well I never did any lab work until August so how does that make sense? I am currently having medical issues that can put my pregnancy at risk and need to see an OB and they refuse to give me a referral. MEDICAL MALPRACTICE! They have messed up prior to this as well... When I went to quest to get labs done they said I would have to pay out of pocket if I wanted to get them done since the Dr did not give them any codes. I called and waited over 1.5 hours for codes before leaving quest. This delayed lab work since I had to go back a different day. I took time off of work for this. Prior to this they gave me a referral to a different OB office and did not send them the referral in time and I would have had to pay out of pocket $500+ for the first ultrasound. I specifically asked them on my Monday appointment at Dr Keons office if my referral will be ready by Thursday since that was when my scheduled OB visit was and they said yes. I drove an hour away from home to that appointment and was told they didnt get the referral yet. Thankfully my appointment was a little delayed and they were able to get them the referral before I was seen so it worked out but I would have had to pay out of pocket if not. Very stressful. The worst part is that the 1 visit I had at this practice, I absolutely loved Dr Keon and her nurse. They did not rush me, answered all my questions and everything went fine. The problem and all the mistakes are coming from the receptionist. Horrible customer service, they never answer the phone, have to call multiple times and days to get ahold of them. She even hung up on me when I shared my concern for my pregnancy because of them not giving me a referral. Told me I had to see the Dr and first appointment was in January.... Im pregnant and having medical issues... I cannot wait 3 months for a referral. The doctor just saw me 3-4 months ago she is legally allowed to write me a referral. Receptionist also refused to let me speak to the Dr.

Edith Congleton: I’m very happy that I’m scheduled for surgery next week to replace my knee. I’ve checked around and Dr Conner is the best one for the job. I believe that Dr Conner and his staff are very experienced with the Mako robotic -assisted total knee replacement and trust them completely. I also heard from some of his other patients that the recovery time is quicker then other conventional joint replacement thank goodness because I need to get back to the dance floor merry Christmas and happy new year

Tom Burkett: I really do like Dr Yaramo. He seemed to be very caring. His office staff is a total nightmare. They never answer the phones. they do not follow up. If you go in and leave a message they still dont follow up and call you back. They always act as though theyre angry against the patients coming in the door. The last appointment I had I paid in advance and waited, waited, waited and I had to go back to work. So I paid for nothing they are very very rude to talk with. I dont understand why Dr Yaremo doesnt pay attention to these reviews.

larry perry: this office staff is the worst i has ever seen i went there 02/08/2016 and got a bill from Collections stated that i owed 33.00 dollars and I went by and called Billing the stated i did not pay so I went to bank and pulled statement showing I paid on 02/08/2016 and they still refuse to take care of this issue. so Please go somewhere else so this will not happen to you.
