5 /5 Jennifer Smith: Hands down the best in Tallahassee!! I had a filling fall out on a Friday night so called and left a voicemail hoping to get worked in Monday. Robin called me at 8:00 AM telling me they could work me in at 2 & I was out of there by 3!!! They are AMAZING!!!

I historically have had a fear of the dentist and always dread going, but I found Dr. Torgerson recently when I needed to be seen on short notice - it was the best dental experience I have ever had, and I will never go anywhere else in the future. From my first phone call with Robin through every interaction in office, and even a hand-signed personal note sent in the mail afterward, Dr. Torgerson and his team were kind, professional, communicative, and caring. I felt totally taken care of and respected, and they patiently talked through my care with me. I never felt rushed or confused about my treatment plan, and I even told my husband that I WANTED to go back to the dentist again - that is a first for me!

5 /5 randie denker: So clearly the premier dental office in Tallahassee. They never keep you waiting. It doesnt have that sickening smell of some dental offices. The staff is super professional. I cant say enough good things about Drs. Torgerson and Hartley. They are both incredibly skilled, caring, knowledgeable, plus they are good communicators. Dr. Chichetti, who recently retired, was amazing. Their equipment is state of the art. Their office is spotless. Whenever I have an emergency, they make time to see me right away. I had previously been to other dentists in Tallahassee who were less than satisfactory, so when I found Torgerson and Hartley, I was thrilled and felt that I was in good hands.

5 /5 Jeff Hornsby: Doctor Hartley and his wonderful highly trained and compassionate technicians are the best! This morning Dr. Hartley and 4 of his teammates worked on my teeth like a finely oiled peice of machinery with a great sence of humor they compassionately restored all my teeth that decayed so much from radiation. They worked absolutely amazingly for two hours to save and restore my teeth, and now I have a beautiful smile again all through dentistry from the heart. God bless you all for such love shared. Red Hills Oral and Facial Surgery: Russell Walther DDS MD and Marcus Joy DDS - Tallahassee Alyssa Traina: Recently finished the 9-month procedure to get my tooth implant for my front tooth after trauma to the mouth and it turned out absolutely fantastic thanks to Dr. Joy’s amazing work. It turned out extremely realistic and I almost can’t even tell that it’s not real. Very impressed with how kind and compassionate the staff were, so both their customer service and talent far exceeded my expectations. I absolutely recommend this place, especially if you are in need of an implant.

Emily in reception was responsive and communicative when booking the appointment, so much so that I was stunned when I arrived and saw how expansive and busy the office is! The building is welcoming and beautiful and does not make you feel like you are in a dentist office. I didnt have to wait at all, and Cristin was the most memorable and hospitable dental assistant Ive ever met. She was empathetic, patient, and verbal throughout every step. I never felt rushed with my 1000+ questions and felt like I left having made a new friend. Angela (Dental Hygienist) was equally communicative and engaging. She unexpectedly fit me in for a cleaning. She really took her time to do a thorough job and her passion was beyond evident. Lastly, Dr. Collins was exceptionally compassionate in managing my anxiety and medical (and emotional) needs. She took her time to provide visual examples of my treatment options. Her and Cristin fit me in for a filling same-day by sacrificing their lunch time to meet my scheduling needs. I even had a smile on my face at check out with Ms. Judy. Im telling you- for someone who procrastinates and avoids health-related to-do items, I HIGHLY recommend this team and rushed to leave a review. Tallahassee Endodontics: Dr. Phillip A. Simon DMD - Tallahassee Sherrie Shaner: Dr. Simon and his entire staff are just caring and calming. He and his assistants made me feel comforted and were always making the experience as pain free as possible. It really does takes a dedicated team to do such wonderful care as what I received at Dr. Simon’s office during my recent root canal procedure.
Periodontal Associates of North Florida - Tallahassee Rasha Maswadeh: If there was a million stars I will give this place. I took my mom for some dental work. The place is warm welcoming friendly and professional staff. They were extra patient with my mom bc of her age. Dr Guzman came in and was very professional and most important very humble. The team of nurses work together so swiftly and communicate with ease. I take my mom to many Dr visits by far this has been the best Dr experience from staff and Dr Guzman.

From the reminder call (such a funny and friendly exchange), to when I was greeted when I walked in, to the very short wait in the waiting room, to the cleaning, meeting with the Dentist, to checking-out...every single encounter we had was absolutely pleasant. Their staff went above and beyond to help with a question I had regarding insurance and walked me thru the entire process of what I need to know. I dont write reviews often, but feel like when you have exceptional service you should let folks know. I gave them a 5 because thats as high as I can go - but their staff, everyone there, deserves a 10. Thanks!!
