Laurin: Every step of my experience with CWD Dental has been remarkable. Emily in reception was responsive and communicative when booking the appointment, so much so that I was stunned when I arrived and saw how expansive and busy the office is! The building is welcoming and beautiful and does not make you feel like you are in a dentist office. I didnt have to wait at all, and Cristin was the most memorable and hospitable dental assistant Ive ever met. She was empathetic, patient, and verbal throughout every step. I never felt rushed with my 1000+ questions and felt like I left having made a new friend. Angela (Dental Hygienist) was equally communicative and engaging. She unexpectedly fit me in for a cleaning. She really took her time to do a thorough job and her passion was beyond evident. Lastly, Dr. Collins was exceptionally compassionate in managing my anxiety and medical (and emotional) needs. She took her time to provide visual examples of my treatment options. Her and Cristin fit me in for a filling same-day by sacrificing their lunch time to meet my scheduling needs. I even had a smile on my face at check out with Ms. Judy. Im telling you- for someone who procrastinates and avoids health-related to-do items, I HIGHLY recommend this team and rushed to leave a review. Sherrie Shaner: Dr. Simon and his entire staff are just caring and calming. He and his assistants made me feel comforted and were always making the experience as pain free as possible. It really does takes a dedicated team to do such wonderful care as what I received at Dr. Simon’s office during my recent root canal procedure.
Rasha Maswadeh: If there was a million stars I will give this place. I took my mom for some dental work. The place is warm welcoming friendly and professional staff. They were extra patient with my mom bc of her age. Dr Guzman came in and was very professional and most important very humble. The team of nurses work together so swiftly and communicate with ease. I take my mom to many Dr visits by far this has been the best Dr experience from staff and Dr Guzman.
