From the very first moment, it was a pleasant experience. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and attentive (they speak both English and Spanish).
When my consultation began, they showed me all the workspaces before taking me to the treatment room. Doctor Medina took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment I needed to improve my dental health. He was direct and honest about the bad habits that were preventing me from improving my oral health, which I actually appreciated—it made my visit 100% worthwhile.

Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics - Kissimmee Betty Davis: My experience was the best I ever experienced at a dentist. I will continue to go there for any dental. Id like to know tho why my daughter went through so much pain getting a tooth pulled by the oral surgeon on Tuesday on 1-13. They couldnt seem to get her numbed enough. Why? It was like I got her to go to an old fashioned place. She kept telling him it wasnt numb. But i guess got sick of it and yanked it out. She was in such pain it was ridiculous. Why did he do that to her? Now shes afraid to go back. I love Greensburg dental but I feel very bad I told her to go there. She paid $235 to be treated so bad?

The dentist clearly explained my options and respected my ability to make decisions without any pressure. I especially appreciated that my treatment plan was displayed on the screen for easy review, and the payment details (including what my insurance covered) were broken down with full transparency. That level of clarity is almost unheard of in the medical field, where surprise bills are often the norm.
The only downside is getting there—thanks to the typical Kissimmee traffic on John Young Parkway. But once youre inside, the experience is worth it. Highly recommended!
Prestige Dental - Kissimmee Dentist - Cosmetic Dentist - Emergency Dentist Kissimmee - Kissimmee Bori Cua: The personnel as a whole at Prestige Dental was fantastic from the moment I stepped in till the moment I left. That is especially helpful if you are worried about going to the dentist. The workplace is wonderfully clean and welcoming. I have only received the same level of care from Dr. Wang and her colleagues at another dental clinic in Arizona. These types of hidden jewels are difficult to find. Dr. Wang is not only exceedingly respectful and kind, but she is also quite gentle and always seems to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hygienist as well as the rest of the staff are exceptionally nice and personable. They are just great at what they do. Please visit this office, you will be receive excellent care, they will not disappoint.
Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics - Kissimmee loidie lopez: Horrible service. First, takes days for them to call you back for an appointment. When they finally called, I explained to them the reason of my appointment request. When the day of my appointment arrived, I was scheduled in pediatrics (I was asked the age of my daughters when I made the appointment) and because my daughters were 13 they didn’t want to see her because they didn’t fall under pediatrics.
I had to reschedule. On the day of the appointment, they took my daughters in to do xrays and asked me to wait a few minutes and they were going to call me to going with them. Like 40 min has passed and I started to get anxious because of how long they were taking and one of my daughters has type 1 diabetes so Im always monitoring her. I got up and asked and I was told that the dentist didn’t allow parents inside the room.
I told ger that they were minors and one of them had a condition and I didn’t feel comfortable leaving them with out knowing what they elwere doing to them and she told me again that I elwas not allowed inside.
I decided to stay calmed and waited like 20 more minutes till they call me.
Long story short, they got referred to the orthodontist and in my forst appointment the orthodontist noticed that she was missing a permanent tooth and he wanted to lnow what happened. I told him that 3 years back they had surgery (in this same office) to remove 4 baby teeth that were not falling. Thay had a lot of teeth problems because of it. So, basically they messed up and took the wrong tooth. We went to her next appointment with the dentist for a feeling and again she refused to let us in ( she was NOT the one who did surgery on them) When we finally got called in to see my daughter we mentioned to her what the orthodontist told us and asked her some questions about the incident. She gave us a bunch of excuses just to avoid taking responsibility for the mistake ( that by the way we know it wasn’t her job but the office needs to be responsible for it) . Nothing made sense. At the end they ended up canceling our upcoming appointment and refund it the money because since we were not happy with their service they were not going to see her anymore.
What should I do now?? Im for sure going to find out. It was not the right way to handle this.
Kissimmee Dental - Kissimmee Janette Coral: This is the best Dentist you could ever dream of coming to. Absolutely everyone has such amazing and caring energy. They took really good care of me and listened to every one of my concerns. They were extremely gentle and I can’t imagine going to any other dentist from now on.
Roxi and Kamila were both amazing at explaining everything I needed and gave me so many different options without pushing anything on me.
Ernie did my teeth cleaning, He was so pleasant to talk to and very gentle with my sensitive teeth
Dr. Haq is very professional, has an amazing sense of humor. He made me feel at ease and continuously checked on me to make sure I was still doing okay throughout the entire procedure.
This dentist is truly amazing and actually cares for every patient that walks through the door ❤️
