I took full advantage of customizing my in office experience with a blanket and weighted eye mask. Dr. Yu was gentle and took great care when examining my teeth. She was able to fit me for my Invisalign retainers correctly, whereas my previous dentist couldn’t. I’m excited to return to this office in a few months for my cleaning and teeth whitening. bethany moto 0/10 experience. I would highly recommended a second opinion on dental work they said needs to be done. I was told I need crowns, a root canal, & a deep cleaning. I got a second opinion from a more reputable dentist in winter park and was told I just needed a few cavity fillings and a regular cleaning. They clearly only want to make money off you. The staff on more than one occasion was very unprofessional as well. Save yourself a poor experience and spend the money elsewhere.

Danielle White Horrible experience. I will be reporting this facility to the better business bureau and board of dentistry. You cannot force someone to do a more expensive procedure as a deep cleaning. As someone who works in healthcare and the insurance industry, you cannot take advantage of individuals. The Dentist was very condescending. I advised I only wanted to do a standard cleaning that is covered under dental my insurance plan. Despite the negative reviews for this facility I decided to give this dental practice a try as I recently found out my original practice is not considered out of network. I will be returning to my original dental provider and would prefer to pay out of pocket and work with professional providers. I do not recommend this place to anyone as they will force you to pay for extra treatments that are not mandatory. Another thing that irritated me is that they charged me $55 and the machine did not work. Thankfully I was able to get a refund for that oral screening.

Dave Witt I haven’t decided on any actual dental work yet so I’m going to have to refrain from posting on that. However, the front office staff and my nurse (assistant?) were all terrific. Extremely helpful with various suggestions on my options for payment as well as the healthcare itself. Right now I’m leaning towards using the doctors here, will make up my mind in the next several days. But if you’re looking for a place that won’t push you into anything and just explain it all in simple terms so you understand what you’re getting into or choosing this is the place.

Krista Adams I’ve been a patient at park dental for 5 years. I’ve always had great things to say about the staff and pretty good experiences. Even recommended a couple of people to this office. I recently had an experience that really bothered me. I had a filling crack in November and went to get it fixed. Everything was good for a while then about a week later, something felt off. I went in for an appointment a while later and told them I couldn’t eat on right side of my mouth because I was scared it was cracked again and it was hurting. They looked at it and took some pics. When the dentist came to talk to me, she looked at the pictures but never looked at the filling in my mouth. Said there was nothing wrong and we would wait to look at it again at my next appointment in 2 months. I was still feeling unsure because I could feel the filling lift when I flossed and feel it fall back into place when I bit down. But she’s the dentist so I trusted her. Came back today still not able to eat many foods on right side and they did x-rays. They immediately saw the cracked filling after x-rays. When the dentist came in, she said we were gonna have to fix it. I felt extremely upset that I was ignored the first time I went in explaining the pain and inability to eat. There was no apology or acknowledgment that more should have been done the first time I came in with the issue. I’m still shocked that a patient was complaining of pain and uncomfort and the dentist didn’t take the time to look herself. She even explained when I asked why she didn’t look that she didn’t need to because someone else already checked it. Obviously there was an issue and it was overlooked and ignored.

Rhonda Mullis Ive been a patient with this practice for 53 years since I was 12 yrs old, first wuth Dr Meyers and now many years with Dr Kaiser. She is wonderful and her staff is the best. She was with me throughout the experience and made it very enjoyable. Dr. Constantine took the time to explain everything and went over all X-rays. He was kind and honest. The hygienist did a superb cleaning and she was also very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a night and day experience compared to Aspen Dental where I was pressured into unnecessary dental work and paid exuberant prices despite having insurance. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Constantine and his staff are very friendly and take the time to address your needs. Davey Jay I took my son for an initial evaluation and waited two hours for his appointment with Dr Chen. I asked a couple of times how long it would be as he had a lesson scheduled for 2.5 hours after his appointment time, which he wound up missing due to how long we sat around. When we went back to the exam room, it was dirty. They tried to take x-rays of his teeth, but the equipment was too large for his mouth, which hurt and made him gag. We left before ever seeing the doctor. They apologized and we were told there would be no charge for the visit, yet they billed my insurance anyway, including for the evaluation by the doctor he never saw. Overall, pretty terrible. Also, note that if you are having a procedure done, it is visible by others walking to their exam rooms as the rooms have no doors. There are large monitors on the walls which face the hallway, so I was able to see the oral surgery of the gentleman who was called back before we were.

Melissa My son recently had a root canal done at this office after years of recurring issues with an abscess that wouldn’t fully resolve. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. The office itself is immaculate and calming making it obvious that the staff truly go out of their way to make patients feel cared for. A special shout-out to Nikki for making my kiddo feel comfortable ♡ as he was offered a blanket during the procedure. Those small, thoughtful touches speak volumes about how much they care about patient experience. My son walked away not only relieved, but genuinely grateful...something I never thought I’d say after a root canal! We’re so thankful to have been referred to Dr. Garcia. The level of professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail was remarkable. Highly, highly recommend.

She did a thorough examination to make sure I needed a root canal and was not cheap with administering pain medication. They always check in to make sure I am comfortable and I leave feeling well informed. My Zoom whitening session flew by with the amenities offered! I got to pick a cozy blanket, choose from a variety of eye masks, and watch my favorite movie on Netflix with noise-canceling headphones. They even offer paraffin wax treatment for your hands. Dr. Yesha Shah and Dr. Patel are also top Invisalign providers. They make the process incredibly easy and smooth. Their cosmetic expertise is unmatched, I trust them completely and would recommend for anyone looking for expert care in a luxurious setting!

Nicole Alicea Castaño I unfortunately had an emergency with a crack in my tooth and this is one of the first places that I called. I was able to get in the next morning just a few hours after my incident. I had two teeth extracted with a bone graft and stitches, and it was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to dentist, but David made it super smooth and relaxing of an experience. Just came back for a stitch removal two weeks later after my emergency dental surgery. It was also a smooth ride. I will be seeing him back in a month for some more work. Highly recommend.

Margo Norton I had to come in at 5:45 AM for an emergency appointment. Dr. Hazan met me there within 30 minutes and they took absolutely wonderful care of me. Couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me out when I was in excruciating pain. We got it figured out and the emergency procedure done within an hour of being there. The assistant was so wonderful as well and held my hand/comforted me while I had some panic at the start of the appointment. Highly, highly recommend if you need regular dental care or emergency care at any point.

Edie Morrill I had a tooth extracted last night and it cost me over $1000 dollars. I was happy with the service but not so with the cost. Even though it was extracted at 10:30 pm I had an appointment for 3 that afternoon and the doctor delayed the appointment. When I first went in I was given a bill for a little over$200 no explanation and thought that was the cost. After I was in the chair and had X-rays I was presented with another bill of ,$885. I really didnt know what to do at that point. My tooth was hurting and I had already began services. The charge was more than I make in two weeks. While I was extremely grateful to get the tooth removed I wish someone would have discussed the fee up front. I dont know if the charge was higher because of the time of night but like I said that wasnt my fault. I have no problem with the dentist services but would suggest getting an estimate before getting into the chair. Im just sick not knowing how Ill make up that much out of my budget. I had thoughts ,3 maybe 4 hundred. Even that was going to push my finances.

Alliiee Lynn Best dentist experience I have ever had. They were very patient and educational on my options. Most dental places don’t give you a choice and explain what each option can look like in the future. They showed me how much it would cost for each option and walked me through the process. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, great sense of humor, there are not enough great words in the English language to describe Skip. He has the most wonderful, friendly team. I cracked my tooth on a corn nut snack on my way home from the library the night before so I called and left a message. The very next morning I was called first thing and was able to see Skip. Sahily Tavarez Horrible experience., all I see is comments from parents with special needs children like me complaining about the same issue., before my appointment I asked if they did sedation because my son is autistic and has sensory issues and they said yes and when I get there it was literally a jacket to restrain him and it went even worse because if we as adults get nervous imagine a 3 year old that can’t talk., they have no compassion or procedure for our kids and very dismissive., I had to stop them either way to try and calm my child who still has trauma from this experience and cried all the way home. And to make it worse I get a letter in the mail saying they can no longer see my son because I wasn’t happy? Like really ? They are lucky I didn’t say anything but just let him loose so I can go because it’s obvious not working. Office looks very nice but the staff are horrible, so sad that there are doctors in this day in age that don’t care and just want to get paid.
