5 /5 Eric Shelton: My 2014 FORD F-150 would not start so I had it towed to East Bay Auto Services. Same day the owner called me and said that the truck was starting and running well so he said he would keep the truck overnight and inspect the issue in the morning when truck was cold. He called next morning and told me the truck would not start and that he found the issue and it was a faulty fuel relay and issue with fuel relay fuse. He gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace the parts. Later that day he called and said the truck was ready to be picked up. I was very satisfied because unlike many auto shops he found the problem and fixed it instead of just replacing many parts unnecessarily. Great customer service. Thanks.

He was very professional, thorough and user-friendly; all at a fair price to boot! East Bay Auto Services is my go to auto shop from now on!!!
