1 /5 Al Becirovic: The service was fine, they did what they said they would but the owner is a prick. I was quoted to get the job done and they ran into an issue and wanted to blame us for it, i cant pay for someone elses mistakes, so i wanted an explanation why my bill was higher than quoted, the owner jumped on the phone and started screaming at me calling me names out of nowhere, i was having a professional conversation with the lady, i also didnt have any issues with the mechanics, but he was very unprofessional, next time if i break down in that area i will take my chances with TA or LOVES or tow my truck rather than dealing with this owner, KEVIN learn some manners, learn to communicate with peopole, screaming will just get you these types of reviews
UPDATE: The part the they replaced was possibly used cannot prove it, but they charged me for a new part, my truck broke down again with the same issue, fixed this time propperly for $107....they charged me $1400+ to get this same job done initially, RUN RUN RUN do not use these people
