Every single time weve needed their services, from simple emergency room visits to full surgeries and inpatient stays, the care and attention they provide have been exceptional. The staff is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and kind, making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible for both the children and their families. Crystal Hampton: I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for years. She then drops me as a patient out of the blue while needing a thyroid prescription refilled because I saw another Physician for weight-loss. I went to this other office for that because she made me feel horrible when I enquired with her about it. She stated that office is also primary care so she will no longer see me since I went there. She literally left me hanging after lab work with no thyroid prescription refill. What kind of Physician does that? Apparently one that doesnt care about my health. Ill gladly switch. Good riddance!

Bob Moody: Baycare was right to part ways with this Dr. I saw him today at the VA at Bay Pines as my new Primary. Wondered why he would leave Baycare and go with the VA. I read his previous reviews after my 4 minute visit after 50 minutes waiting. All the bad reviews described him to a the T. Smug and very dismissive. Was not just me. Will not go back. Too bad the VA did not do a better job vetting this guy.

Robert Bradley: It’s easy to understand why Bayside Emergency Physicians has a low rating of 1.5 stars. I had a straightforward emergency room visit at St. Anthony’s in September 2023. However, 16 months later, I discovered that Bayside failed to submit my insurance claim to Blue Cross Blue Shield on time. After months of trying to resolve the issue through phone calls, I learned that Blue Cross denied the claim because Baysides third-party billing professionals in the Philippines filed it too late. I only learned about the denied claim when it negatively impacted my credit report. Unfortunately, I have been unable to repair my credit, and the billing account supervisor at Bayside has not followed up as promised. During my fourth call today, the Bayside Emergency Physicians billing department informed me they would request payment from Blue Cross for this bill. Their lack of follow-up and interest in my situation has harmed me, but it has also affected their company, which will not get paid due to their poor business practices.

Christine Downin: My husband started using this office about 2 years ago and to be honest werent happy with the way we were treated at the front desk on our first visit. However we met with Claudia and really liked her. She was the ONLY reason we continued to go there. We met with Dr Varansi only once and NEVER wanted to meet with him again. Claudia has left the practice and we were going to try to go see a different PA but we didnt even get past the front desk once again. With the exception of maybe 1 of the front desk people ALL of them are rude. Today my husband was in line to check in and pay his co pay and had the glass shut in his face.l as if he wasnt even there. He sat down then tried going back up and the lady was very rude AGAIN and shut the glass in his face while proceeding to give him an extremely nasty glare. I went up opened the glass got our money and told her we were done with this office. Dont waste your time or money going there they are rude disrespectful and just plain ignorant. Not to mention the office smells horrible.

Dr. Clark spent quite a bit of time with me reviewing past surgeries and any current complaints that I’ve had. He was very concerned and offered up opinions on labs that have been drawn by other physicians. I have been looking for a new doctor because my, Dr. Lefebvre Is retiring. It’s been very difficult finding a new physician, but I do believe that this is the one I will use
