I got toe polish and a manicure and my friend got a pedicure. She made the whole experience so personal and lovely and she really took her time to make sure everything was perfect for us. They go above and beyond for you here and make the whole experience feel like a spa day instead of a rushed manicure or pedicure. We had an amazing experience and will definitely be back soon! Thank you Stephanie for everything! Tight Line Tans & Beauty - Titusville Marina Owens: Gina was absolutely amazing! She did a great job on my first ever spray tan. She was sweet and comforting throughout the whole process. 10/10 recommend! Protek Nail Inc - Titusville Eve Ortiz: First time going there and will be my last. Wasnt happy with my nails and on top of it the tech cut me with the drill and thought it was funny! While I was sitting there bleeding. Instead of asking if I was ok. Showed no concern. She said "your nails are short thats why it happened" which is bs this has never happened to me in the years of getting my nails done. On top of that wanted to charge me full price and made no accommodations. I’ve tried several Russian salons in South Florida but keep coming to Nails Space for the highest quality and service! Avaline Nails & Spa - Fort Lauderdale Ashley Melendez: My visit at Avaline was off to a great start during my pedicure. I love my pedicure and would have gone back just for that alone but what diminished my experience was how long it took to get my nails done. I had been there since 3:30, finished my pedicure around 4:30 and sat past 7 getting basic French acrylics. For the amount of time that it took and the amount of times the nail tech said she sees everything and wants them to be perfect, I expected my nails to be amazing. I was exhausted from sitting in that chair and was ready to leave, after leaving and looking my nails over I see the clear coat is uneven, under my nails has excess acrylic, nails are curving and honestly don’t like the length or shape of my nails. For the amount of money and time spent here I would have liked to have a relaxing time and the nails I would be happy to show off. If it weren’t for me having to travel the day after I would have gone back to get it fixed but now I will just be cutting them off. Ultimate Nails Spa - Fort Lauderdale Jodi Cordova: This is my go-to!!! Kevin is seriously the best! My nails are perfect every time! I also had an emergency nail break and Tiffany fixed me right up. Super friendly. Absolutely clean. Very happy EVERY time. Can’t recommend enough! WOOD & NAILS - A Mens Nail Shop (BY APPT) - Fort Lauderdale randee deason: Amazing space to relax and get the best mani-pedi anywhere. I would say Calvin has pioneered an alternative to what I consider is safer and cleaner than your traditional nail spa. If youre local or traveling, you have to give this unique space an opportunity to serve you. I have been very pleased and always relaxed. Thank you, Calvin! Archer Nail Studio Fort Lauderdale - Fort Lauderdale Geraldine Davila: I recently visited Archer Nail studio expecting a professional and satisfactory experience. Unfortunately, thats not what I got.
I got booked with an inexperienced nail artist who didn’t do what I asked for, hurted me really badly, took 3 hours and didn’t finish her job. They made me pay, promising they will redo it for free next time since I was rushing for an international flight. I was surprised when I called the salon 1 week after coming back from my trip, and walked all around with bloody sticky uneven awful nails, the owner told me he wasn’t gonna fix it for free because it was a long time and he didn’t know about it. It was after I left a google review that he called me and made me remove the review if I wanted them to fix my nails, I accepted it because I was not going to lose all my money.
I went there again for my nails to be fixed with another nail artist, this time it went well. I was very happy at first but just 4 days after my appointment, my nails are already chipped, and even broken! I paid for a service (acrylic) that it’s supposed to last for at least 2 weeks! that’s why the higher price.
When I politely brought this to the owners attention, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude saying he wasn’t gonna repair them and I have to pay.
To make matters worse, when I asked about their guarantee policy, I was told they offer 2 days guarantee on their work. Thats unacceptable for a business in the service industry.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this place and would advise others to think twice before visiting. Poor customer service and lack of accountability for their work is not worth the risk.Ive tried contacting the salon to express my concerns, but they havent responded. Its clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Nails Spa BK - Fort Lauderdale Mo’: Brian, who seems to be the manager, was not listening and contradicting himself when I expressed that they did not fully take off the nail glue from my pervious gel tip set. I showed him my nails, and he was, at first, in agreement, that there was nail glue. I had went to get my nails done with them for a plain manicure, no polish or top coat, as I was wanting my nail beds to breathe. Brian agreed to have someone else to buff out and take off the nail glue. They had me soak my fingertips in alcohol, I asked if they could individually wrap them, he said, “oh no, you don’t need that”. I soak them, and Kathy, starts to just buff around the edges of my nail, when the glue was on the entire nail, not just the edges, she then puts cuticle oil on and tells me to wash my hands. I tell her, there is still glue, you did not take it off. She insists “that’s just your nail” when I know for a fact, and Brian himself stated, it was glue. I go to Brian and express my concerns. He stated, “oh no that’s just your nail. I have been doing nails for 20 years, trust me, it’s your nail” I said “Brian, I have had my nails for 32 years and I know what nail glue looks like” he said “I don’t recommend taking off the remaining of the glue, as your nail is so thin” I said “Brian, so you’re saying, that there is nail glue still on my nail. What happens if I would have came for a fill or a new set, would you leave the old glue or take it off?” He gets visibly upset and says “okay fine, sit down, I’ll buff out the glue, but your nails will be really thin” I said “Brian, I don’t trust any of you touching my nails as a moment ago, you said, it’s just your nail, now you’re agreeing it’s glue. I paid $19 for them to botch my nails. I do not recommend this place at all. Here is a visual of the active glue, after they said they “fixed it” Em Nail Lounge - Fort Lauderdale Victoria M: Em Nail Lounge is the best I’ve found in South Florida and I’m a tough critic when it comes to my manicures and pedicures! Rosie, Athaliah, Natalie, and Ivette are all wonderful and always make me feel welcome and leave feeling beautiful and refreshed. The environment is inviting and calming and the quality of products and work is top notch.
