5 /5 Hollie Roberts: I am new in town and needed to establish care with a local dentist that took my insurance. I previously lived in Jacksonville, and have been to a few dentists over the years. I was very impressed by her practice from the moment I walked in. The new patient paperwork was thorough and detailed which I appreciated due to the fact that I’m a nurse. Dr Carralero took time with me and answered all my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable and approachable and kind. It was not a place where you feel rushed or like an assembly line. She was gentle, friendly and explained things very well. The young lady who did my X-rays was also exceptional and quick and efficient. I also did not have to wait to be seen or treated. Overall a very efficient and kind practice who specializes in making you feel valued and cared for.

Even when I realized I gave them the wrong information for my insurance, they were very kind and patient with me while I figured out the right info for them. They walked me through any questions I had about my teeth or oral hygiene. I felt very heard with my concerns and confident after leaving that I would be taking the best care of myself. Staff is very great, Thanks team!

The office is clean and modern, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Carralero is fantastic!
