I was very impressed by her practice from the moment I walked in. The new patient paperwork was thorough and detailed which I appreciated due to the fact that I’m a nurse. Dr Carralero took time with me and answered all my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable and approachable and kind. It was not a place where you feel rushed or like an assembly line. She was gentle, friendly and explained things very well. The young lady who did my X-rays was also exceptional and quick and efficient. I also did not have to wait to be seen or treated. Overall a very efficient and kind practice who specializes in making you feel valued and cared for.

Even when I realized I gave them the wrong information for my insurance, they were very kind and patient with me while I figured out the right info for them. They walked me through any questions I had about my teeth or oral hygiene. I felt very heard with my concerns and confident after leaving that I would be taking the best care of myself. Staff is very great, Thanks team!

The office is clean and modern, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Carralero is fantastic! They took the time to explain every procedure and answer all my questions, which really helped me feel relaxed during my appointment. The care I received was top-notch, and I left feeling confident about my dental health. The whole team is friendly and professional, making each visit a pleasant one. V Krissoondatt: I made an appointment for me and my wife to go see Dr Dillon. Appointments was confirmed day before by the office. When we get there they said Dr Dillon is not there. They said they have another dentist to covering for him so we see the other doctor she did some x-ray and the reschedule us to see Dr Dillon a month later thats fine. Few days later the Dr office called me asking if I want to come the have an opening appointment for Wednesday may 31st i ask if they have the approval from my insurance they girl says yes. When I get there they told me i have to pay up front because they didnt get the approval from the insurance as yet. And I have to pay for the first visit as well because the dentist that replaced Dr Dillon is not in network. My question why wasnt i informed about the dentist thats covering for Dr Dillon was not in network

Sperry Russ: I broke a wisdom tooth and my Dentist referred me to Dr Celestina. I have had tooth extractions before that always was very uncomfortable. I was nervous as usual in a Dentist chair. But he was very kind and told me in steps what he was doing. The tooth was extracted so quickly, with no pain. He said "its out" before I even realized it was done. I highly recommend him.

Dori Smith: Everyone I know that has used this service was extremely satisfied with the Dr. & staff. The staff is very nice - Dentist is somewhat abrasive. He scolded me for not bringing in my old partial plate and told me to never come in to see him again without it. I had to go back there 3 times for an adjustment. He never looked at my old partial again. It is a 35 minute drive for me. ugh - all the way down Hwy. 27! On my last visit the assistant was severely reprimanded by him in front of me. It was embarrassing and not very professional.
