Dori Smith Everyone I know that has used this service was extremely satisfied with the Dr. & staff. The staff is very nice - Dentist is somewhat abrasive. He scolded me for not bringing in my old partial plate and told me to never come in to see him again without it. I had to go back there 3 times for an adjustment. He never looked at my old partial again. It is a 35 minute drive for me. ugh - all the way down Hwy. 27! On my last visit the assistant was severely reprimanded by him in front of me. It was embarrassing and not very professional.

Edward Narvid I wasn’t sure about getting full dentures but with the free exam what the heck. The doctor was very thorough and explained what he found completely. On the day of my appointment I was well prepared and had filled all my perspirations. Impressions were taken then I was completely numbed during the procedure feeling nothing. Post op meds were more than adequate. I walked out after 2 hours with my temporary dentures. The entire staff was very polite and the doctor a true professional. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental care.

joy parido Had a couple of abscess teeth, called that morning, had X-ray. Consult with Dr.Duke. He and his team are very professional and courteous. Dr.Duke took care of my needs and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you all for the great service you provided.

Dennis Powell I called on 3/6 and made an appointment to see Asharie Campbell and to get my teeth cleaned. My appointment was for 4/10 at 10:30. I arrived on 4/10 about 10:10 knowing I needed to do some paper work as this was my first visit. I was told to sit down and they would call me in a few minutes. I took a chair and waited for about 10 min. The waiting room was empty except for me. I went back up to the desk and asked if there was some paper work I needed to complete. The young lady said she thought my paper work was complete. I told her no this was my first visit. She checked her computer and said she did not see an appointment for me today. Then she asked me for my name....... First story----How could she know I did not have an appointment without knowing my name..... She then asked me for my appointment card. Again I told her I called them.... Second story-----She told me they had called and texted me on 4/4 cancelling my appointment due to the hygienist needing emergency surgery. I checked my phone, no calls/voice messages or texts from them. I do have a question though-How did the hygienist know she was having emergency surgery 6 days ahead of the surgery? There was no apology or let us reschedule all she said was they could still see me but I could not get my teeth cleaned. I left. The reason was because of the stories I was being told one after another to cover the first one up.

Don Benna I just had my first visit at circle City and had contact with several staff members there. They and Dr Campbell were extraordinarily patient, kind mannered and professional in their approach to address my dental needs. They gave me time to express my philosophy in regard to treatment that I need for the balance of my brief lifespan, since I will be 87 in a couple of weeks. The doctor was very kind and promised she would treat me as her grandfather, and address each need as it came up, because I have pretty sound teeth but its comprised of some bridge work and crowns that will need a close watch. And we will treat them as needed by quality work and as affordable as possible.

Marlene Halopka I am a newcomer to the area. Try to make an appointment with this dentist. You cannot do it unless you send your records to that location first when I did that I get an appointment and then it’s right after Christmas and then they call and cancel it saying oh we’re closed that day I make another appointment after waiting a month and a half And I was gone on vacation. I came back the next day and confirm my appointment and they said nope, you didn’t do it in time. Your appointment is canceled again so the next one you can get is it in another month and a half this is just a pile of bullshit. worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I absolutely won. Hundred percent would not recommend this dentist. especially if you are a newcomer

Susan LaFontaine Had concerns when we were going thru transition to new dentist. But Dr Ordehi is great and her right hand assistant Odalys is the best!!! She makes perfect bridges and crowns, takes care in everything she does and always so pleasant!

Sabrina Marshall First off, I hate going to the dentist. Have had waaaay too many unpleasant experiences with past dentists. I wish I had found this location and staff years ago. Everyone is pleasant and puts you at ease. I absolutely love Alina , the dental hygienist that I have been seeing. For the first time ever I enjoy going for my appointments! She is funny, puts you at ease, knows her stuff, and gives pain free service! Highly recommend!!!!

The hygienists do a terrific job and keep you as comfortable as possible during all cleanings.Consultations are with a board certified DDS and the work I have had done there has been top notch. Joyce I have loved Dr Midence from day one of simply meeting him especially for the simple fact of being a new comer to the state of Florida. An original New Jersey gal as well as as a recent widow I was very apprehensive over feeling"at home" In an entirely new atmosphere. But now its been over five years for my being a resident here in the Sunshine State and Dr. Midence has been so kind as well as understanding and welcoming to this very day.His staff is always very accommodating as well. Rebecca Johnson My appointment recently was a fluke. I missed my original day and came the next day. I was told if I waited I would be seen, the receptionist was very kind. I waited and Dr. Midence was pleasant and thorough as always. He reviewed my medications and together we decided on a change. He explains how the meds work and never talks down to me, always includes my opinion regarding my health.

Thomas Rafferty As always Dr Midence spent adequate time to help me understand my test results. He also took time to look back on past results and provide assurance I am doing everything I need to be. I always appreciate his kind and caring demeanor. He is a great doctor.

Joanne Gossett I am genuinely terrified of dentists. But Dr. Walters office was different than any other than I have been to in the past. The staff was professional and friendly. We got through the paperwork quickly and I didnt have to wait. This was great for my blood pressure and my anxiety level. He has the best little stress relievers a dental office could offer besides Novocain or gas. He was friendly, honest and very to the point. I like that in a doctor. We made a plan and they submitted it. Im going back! I highly recommend Smiletastic Family Dentistry and Dr. Walters to care for the oral health of my family and yours!!

Karicia Rodriguez I had an appointment last week with my 10-year-old daughter and was satisfied, she got x-rays done with zero dollars out of pocket. Today I show up with my 13-year-old daughter and the receptionist stated the doctor requires a panoramic x-ray that will be $105 out of pocket. One day there’s NO out-of-pocket charge and not even a week later there’s out-of-pocket charges for an x-ray.please explain that to me. Both of my daughters have the same dental insurance. I left very dissatisfied. Just a fair warning, I waited four months for this appointment and it was a complete waste of my time this morning. Please work on your communication. They claim to have called me Friday, but I never received a call nor a voicemail. Thank you for your services.

JoAnne Honestly... after reading a couple of reviews I was nervous going in. But my initial appointment was scheduled for July and they had a cancellation so I took it. Walking in, the waiting room was spotless and the television was on with the volume at a good level. I was greeted with a smile and everyone in the reception area was very friendly, outgoing and welcoming. My Hygienist was very friendly and professional and had a great sense of humor. Something I havent seen in a Doctors office, except for a Psychologist office, were dogs. Dr. T and his wife have 3 very well trained poodle mix dogs. This made me feel very much at ease. There are appointments that I dont bring my S.A. to because I need to have complete control at all times. My anxiety level was not good so I didnt want her becoming a weighted blanket in a dental chair or having her trying to drag me to a safe corner or out the door. Dr. T had a little dog that kept coming to my chair like he/she knew I was nervous. This alone deserves merit! Dr. T is awesome! He was thorough about everything. He had them take my blood pressure and he went through every single medication I took and asked a lot of questions about why I was taking them. He was so honest about my treatment plan and I am eager to move forward. I think its foolish to say something mean about a man just because he doesnt tell you what you want to hear. My husband will be making an appointment soon. There isnt a number high enough to score Dr. T and his staff. They are just awesome people!

Nellie McDermott My husband & I recently became full time residents of Big Pine Key. We did our research and chose Keys Smiles as our dentist. We were very impressed with our experience. They have state of the art equipment. Their hygienist are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing and what we needed to do to take better care for our teeth. I am a retired orthodontist, and I know first hand that you won’t find a better dentist in the Florida Keys, or maybe even South Florida. Marilyn Spencer Started with Dr. Dillon and when he sold the practice was never notified until I showed up it was actually Dr. Thomas office--- even though they tried to say they got return mail on me...hmmm lived here 18 yrs so dont believe that happened--- since shes out of network my insurance would not cover my cleaning at the 100%. We agreed on the difference and I paid out of pocket at the time of service to avoid having to wait for my longer for my cleaning. Next thing.I know I get a big bill in the mail and call the office to find out they made a mistake as they had agreed to take the copayment. I saw no dentist that day as there was none in the South office at that time. Next cleaning was due 6 mo later so I called multiple times to both my Insurance and the office and was told by Ed that my cleaning would be covered at 100%. Showed up for next appointment and the only reason I again returned was because I liked the the hygienist, But when the dentist came in she was very rude, very rough and very abrupt. Next thing I know I get a bill for 64.00 to pay on top of the 117.00 my insurance paid....Besides being given incorrect info twice they are Way overpriced and very rude. Def wont go back !!!!

Chip Lines Tina Thomas was recommended by two neighbors as I asked at a party about dentists who catered to adult babies. From the moment I entered the beautiful calming waiting room (I wish I could post pics here) of running water feature and the well appointed atmosphere, I felt at ease. The staff and Dr. Thomas all introduced themselves even before going about their duties. Everything is upfront (even the costs) which I appreciate. Most of all how they took care of me and my concerns.

Pauline Hoppe Dr Tina Thomas is worth every cent she earns. She considers the patient’s complete life style and the end goal the patient wants to achieve. Her staff is in incredibly knowledgeable and uplifting. Dr Thomas continues their education as she works with them. I will not go to another dentist ever again. I have anxiety and she is understanding and calming. Don’t waste your time and dental health with any other dentist. Get the best, you deserve it.

Hollie Roberts I am new in town and needed to establish care with a local dentist that took my insurance. I previously lived in Jacksonville, and have been to a few dentists over the years. I was very impressed by her practice from the moment I walked in. The new patient paperwork was thorough and detailed which I appreciated due to the fact that I’m a nurse. Dr Carralero took time with me and answered all my questions. She seemed very knowledgeable and approachable and kind. It was not a place where you feel rushed or like an assembly line. She was gentle, friendly and explained things very well. The young lady who did my X-rays was also exceptional and quick and efficient. I also did not have to wait to be seen or treated. Overall a very efficient and kind practice who specializes in making you feel valued and cared for.

Erica Thomas My 3 children have been taken care of by Everglades Pediatric Dentsitry for about 3 years and I couldnt be more satisfied with the care my children receive. I feel as though the hygienists are encouraging even when there could be improvement and the doctors have always been friendly while explaining everything in a way I can understand. I have never felt like the office is trying to squeeze me for money unecessarily. If something doesnt need to be done, its not recommended. Everyone has been honest and up front in every interaction. We live in a different county but it is worth the drive!

Pam Karlson Dr. Guelff has been treating my family members for 20 years! My husband has TMJ and wears a bruxing guard that Dr. G built and maintains for him. Dr. G has also handled all of the orthodontic needs of both of our children. He has been a major positive influence in our sons life as well. Dr. G is active in our community and continuously gives back. We love Dr. G and would recommend him and his staff to both adults and children who have orthodontic needs. Moms seal of approval!

Elizabeth Camarillo Dr Guelff is amazing. Such a kind and thorough Dr! I 100% recommend his office for any orthodontic work. They work with you on payment plans so you can afford treatment. I’ve never felt intimidated to ask any questions to any of the assistants or Dr Guelff. I finished my treatment and he gave me extra retainer cases to take home. Love the office!

Debi Marine Dr. Ruiz has been my dentist for at least 30 years, and I have recommended him many times. While dental work is never high on the list of fun things to do, I have found Dr. Ruiz to be very gentle and aware of my comfort. I have also found Dr. Ruiz to be gentle on my pocket book. This may not reflect on Dr. Ruizs dental services, but I have also noted that his staff experiences minimal turn over from year to year. I would rate him and his staff a 12 out of 10!! Debi Marine

Carol I stressed for two days and tried to find an excuse to not go to my appointment with Dr. Obermayr for a root canal. I shouldnt have worried so much! From the moment I stepped inside the office I knew I was in a calm and safe environment. The women in the front office were caring and supportive. Dr. O and R, the dental assistant, took an amazing amount of time to explain everything before, during, and after the procedure. Ive had really bad dental experiences in the past, but this was not one of them. I am grateful to the entire staff for taking the extra time to make sure I got through this experience with a positive outcome. Now, a day later, I am pain free and grateful that there is a place like this where I could relax a bit and get through a difficult time with professional staff who really care!
