Kenny, his wife, and the rest of the team were phenomenal to work with and saved me a ton of head ache when the Porsche dealership were no help. I brought my 2020 Cayenne Coupe S to Kenny after having some issues and hearing noises with the engine. Initially I tried to go to the dealership but they were backed up for over a month to see the car, let alone to even get a loaner. I gave Kenny a call and he was able to get the car on the lift same day. The issues I had ended up being engine related and I had to get a new engine put in the car. While it took some time due to warranty company pushing back and delaying some things, Kenny and the team at Luxury auto over communicated and were extremely transparent through out the entire process. Whenever I called or stopped by the shop, it was never an inconvenience or issue to get an update. I highly recommend stopping by if you are looking for routine maintenance or getting serious work done on your car. They are certified and the work shows.
