Mr. Bill: We had an appointment for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. The staff was friendly and car was done quickly. Thats where it goes bad. We drove 30 miles for this visit. We noticed on the drive home the drivers seat was wet & the steering wheel had grease/oil (not sure) on it that transferred to my hands. Also, the car smelled terribly of burnt oil, it kept getting stronger. We figured some was just spilled while filling reservoir. When we got home, I opened the hood and the oil cap was laying next to the hood lever, not even on the reservoir! What??!! Yes, they never replaced the cap! I called the manager and he non chalantly replied, oh bring it back in and well clean up the motor and top you off. I would NEVER go back there. The most basic part of the oil change and they couldnt do it. STEAR CLEAR of this place!!!
